staff presence in the ER foyer, it is rather interesting that all witnesses are gagged, and

the only honest and closest witness, myself, who was in the line of fire between the

verbally abusive security guard whose tallness and wide hand gestures were coming

from behind my back as a attempted to be a Human Shield for my Blind and Penetrating

see his body slammed by the security guard assault with the door crushed violently into

PPD Sweeney and stiegfelder and wutherup's excellence was sabotaged by the

Providence ER delay for TBI specialist care and the security guard's solo assault and the

current Providence simultaneous Quality Control investigation and ER cover-up which

includes denial of MRI and x-rays (re: today's assault) which have been also denied (re:

PPD assault) by Michael Savage and Beenish Khwajah and Karina Bassale after the only

one x-ray of Ben's Police Brutality Elbow injuries and OHSU who also failed to assess

the PPD assault damage pain or head injury when Stuart Palmiter brought Ben to OHSU

and negotiated for a medical release of Ben after he was booked in MCDC when Ben

was in extreme pain from the Portland Police beating by Klundt and Cioetta et al

Ben Pickering is in constant pain after the Portland Police Brutality assault. yet

Providence today denied him any Pain medication prior to the Security Guard assault.

at 2pm charge nurse sara holland told me over the phone that ben pickering will not be

transferred to a TBI specialist, that a ER doctor has evaluated Ben for the Security

Guard's injuries.

i informed her of Ben Pickerings PPD-inflicted rib cage nd sternum injuries and myconcern about that and the bruising and swelling on Ben's right seeing eye which was

also neglected by the Providence ER staff.

Ben declined oral anxiety medication prior to the Security Guard assault.

surveillance footage confirms.

Ryan Martinson asked for my ER visitor sticker, which i wanted to keep as evidence. He

then obtained acting evening Security Supervisor Joe Craven.

when i asked if Benjamen Pickering would be subjected to any more ER Security Guardassaults, Martinson said no.

i told Martinson and Craven that it was the single most horrifying homicidal action i have

ever witnessed, but that surely as a Portland Police officer he has seen worse. Martinson
