Draadloze energieoverdracht via inductieve resonantie
Wideband ambient RF energy harvesting in Brussel

Begeleiders: L. Segers, S. De Winne
MEMS microfoons kennen diverse toepassingen, waaronder (indoor) lokalisatie van (ultrasone) geluidsbronnen. Performance comparison of AES implementation using Vivado HLS The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is the official U.S. specification for the encryption of electronic data. This flexible and fast algorithm allows a robust encryption. Many implementations have used FPGAs as hardware accelerators, exploiting the FPGA’s specific resources (DSPs). On the other hand, new high-level synthesis tools such as Xilinx’s Vivado HLS provides a fast design implementation thanks to a high-level algorithm description. However, those implementations do not need to be as area and performance efficient as the handmade ones.
Tasks● Study and comparison of the available AES
implementations for FPGAs.● Implementation of AES using HLS tools.● Compare both possible implementations and
suggest modifications for improvements in area, power or performance.
