Mr. Marcille,

I read with great interest today the results of your investigation published in thePensacola New Journal. I was shocked that your investigation is complete as your officehas not contacted me or interviewed me regarding the information provided to youroffice. I also have not received your letter mentioned by the reporter...interesting that itwas available to the press on Thursday.

As such, since you have completed your investigation, I would like to request that youretain all documents provided, interview notes and any other information your SA officeused to investigate these matters.

I would like to come in today and review your complete file regarding the investigation.After I review them, I would like to have copies of all notes, documents and otherinformation made pursuant to a public records request.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience to arrange a time for me to review allnote, documents and other evidence obtained by your office.
