The subject: The State Dept. (DOS) “Final Supplementary Environmental ImpactStatement” (FSEIS) pertaining to TransCanada’s permit application to construct theKeystone XL pipeline.

The DOS abdicated the preparation of the flawed FSEIS to “energy experts” withconflicts of interests. As a result, fundamental assumptions lead to contraindicated

conclusions --deadly for humanity and civilization.

The first clue, which I read Friday on my phone as I stood at ExxonMobil, was on pageES-16 of section ES.4.1.2 Lifecycle Analysis in the Executive Summary (below). Theculprit is the referenced section 1.4 Market Analysis.
