1. MEGA SPORTS EVENT

“Sports is for all”

On 6th April 2019, Students from our school (both branch) participated in MEGHASPORTS EVENT which was organized by Special Sports Academy at St’s MarySchool, Dwarka on the occasion of Autism Awareness Mont. They haveparticipated in various game like 50 mtr run, 25 mtr assisted walk, Shotput,Softball Throw, Tennis Ball Throw and Skating.

Our students got different medals and certificates of participation.

“We should motivate the students to show their talent they have. Becauseeveryone has a hidden talent in him or her. We just need to pull it out from thatchild.”

2. Health Checkup Camp

3. Feeding India & Zomato Team Visit20th April 2019 || Branch: Dwarka Mor

The team of Feeding India & Zomato visited Holy Heart Special School to spendtime with our children on “Autism Awareness Month” on 20th April 2019.

They did a lot of activities like art & craft, dance and music. And had lunchtogether. The day was full of fun and entertainment for our students. They gaveand received tons of love.

This was very nice step towards create awareness in the society for children withspecial needs. A special thanks to Zomato & Feeding India Team.

4. Get together of Special Children

On 23rd April 2019, our school again got opportunity to watch Magic Show in theMulti-Purpose Hall, India International Centre, Lodhi Road organized byImpresario India. 20 students of our school attended this program.

This magic show was presented by Mr. Anjaan, a renowned magician from Delhialong with his accompanist. The show was a duration of 60 minutes. The show wasfantastic, our students enjoyed a lot. And they got refreshments along with bunchof smiles.

5. Empowering Humanity: Sports Event 28th April 2019 || Branch: Dwarka Mor

Sports help children to develop mental and physical toughness. Sport shapes theirbody and make it strong and active. Children should actively participate in sportsto avoid being tired and lethargy.

So Holy Heart Special School and Empowering Humanity a leading social welfareOrganization who dedically work for welfare of society are came together andconduct a sports event to create awareness in society regarding special needschildren.

6. Visit of Brain International School

Inclusion is mindset .it is the way we treat others and the way they treat us.Inclusion is the opportunity to learn together and from one another And we do itbecause it is the right thing to do.

Brain International School students took initiative to promote inclusion and came inour school do lots of fun activity, dance n music activity ,art n craft and had a snackstogether with our special needs children really enjoyed a lot with them

7. Drama Activity: National School of Drama

In addition to its intrinsic educational value, Drama can REINFORCE the rest of theschool curriculum. Strong social skills are one of the most important factors inleading a positive, successful life.

8. Visit of Modern Convent School

On 7th May 2019, Modern Convent School students took initiative to promoteinclusion and came in our school to do lots of fun activity and interact with ourspecial needs children.

They really enjoyed a lot with them. Its a very important step to create and makechange in today's society mentality regarding special students.

A event was organized by fusion microfinance Private Limited for our special needschildren it was a CSR initiative by company ,in event there was drawing competitionand the lunch was also arranged by company for our children our students enjoyeda lot this whole program.

The company supported us with lots of teaching peg boards which was very usefulfor our special needs children learning program

10. Summer Camp01st to 14th June 2019 || Branch: Dwarka Mor

Summer camp was organized in our school premises for our school students and foroutside students.

In summer camp there was so many activities are planned for special children whichwas really very helpful to our students learning physical and mental needs.

11. Para Mini Golf Championship11th to 12th August 2019 || Branch: Dwarka Mor

Para Mini Golf championship was organized by upasna special school in schoolspremises.

Students participated in today's sports program it was a wonderful experience forour students . They learnt how to play golf and golf rules and regulations.

12. Raksha Bandhan Celebration14th August 2019 || Branch: Dwarka Mor & Nangloi

The auspicious day of Raksha Bandhan was celebrated at Holy heart special Schoolboth branches Dwarka Mor & Nangloi.

The children joined in this celebration, which was aimed at strengthening the bondof love and to instill the virtues of love and harmony among the growing inclusion.Children participated in the Rakhi Making competition on the pious occasion ofRaksha Bandhan.Few children made attractive rakhis with the materials brought by them from theirhome. Girls presented their self- made rakhi"s very beautifully along with the otherauspicious items like rice, sindoor, sugar, etc. in plates.

13. Independence Day Celebration14th August 2019 || Branch: Dwarka Mor & Nangloi

On 14 August Independence was celebrated at Holy Heart Special School (Dwarka Mor &Nangloi Branch) , the program was scheduled as followed:

14. Janmashtami Celebration23rd August 2019 || Branch: Dwarka Mor & Nangloi

The celebration of Krishna Janmashtami starts with ‘Krishna Bandana’ – aninvocation to a holy relation between, as per Hindu religion, the Lord and hisdisciples.

Children came dressed up in character of krishna and radha.

Sports Day conducted by sports and disability for starting inclusion and well being it's a wonderful event for special needs children.Many schools are participated in

this event our students performed very well and won medals and trophies it was a nice experience for a students they learnt so many things in sports meet.

16. Visit to National Science Centre28th September 2019 || Branch: Dwarka Mor

Museums are great places where you can see the trifles and the leftovers of thepast. Visiting a museum is a good means of education. Students can find this visitvery useful as they can easily see the various things that have been there in thedevelopment of the mankind.

It was wonderful experience for kids. they learn so many things .teacher explainedevery concept to kids. every teacher has 2 kids.

17. Diwali Utsav Career Fair22nd October 2019 || Branch: Dwarka Mor

In this year we put a stall in in Sanskriti Public School on the occasion of Diwali Melaand it was a wonderful experience and opportunity for our children to show theirproducts to everyone.

Students handled the shop under supervision of our staff and they sell everythingindependently and happily. they enjoyed alot.

18. Diwali Celebration 201925th October 2019 || Branch: Dwarka Mor & Nangloi

Students of the school (Dwarka Mor & Nangloi Branch) celebrated Diwali with fervour.Tiny tots came dressed up in different characters from Ramayana.Children made beautiful rangolis in supervision. Children painted diyas n packedbeautifully.they made elegant candles amd Jelly candles . All staff were in ethnic.

In school ,boys were in kurta n pajama and Girls were in Suit and lehnga.there was abeautiful dance performance by our special kids.

Lakshmi Puja will be celebrated by praying to Goddess Lakshmi n Ganesha ji.

19. 11th Special Athletic Meet19th November 2019 || Branch: Dwarka Mor

On 19th November 2019, our students participated in the 11th Special AthleticMeet 2019 at Sneh-Kunj, Where we got different medals and also certificates ofparticipation. We love taking our students to a platform where they can show whothey are. They can play like other and also win like others. There is no boundaries inlife for success.

20. Christmas Celebration24th December 2019 || Branch: Dwarka Mor & Nangloi

Christmas is the festival which inspires the spirit of sharing and caring. The schoolwas beautifully decorated and everybody was dressed in red and white (Santa’sfavorite colors).

The students sang melodious carols and danced beautifully to wish their teachersand classmates. Children decorated Christmas tree beautifully. They had donebeautiful crafts related to Christmas Eve. Santa came to children .children enjoyed alot.

22. Republic Day Celebration24th January 2020 || Branch: Dwarka Mor & Nangloi

The 71st Republic Day was celebrated on January 24 at the school (Dwarka Mor &Nangloi Branch). The students took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit ofunity and brotherhood. The event began at 10 am with the hoisting of the IndianNational Flag.

Students of School showcased their talent through a variety of colorful scintillatingperformances like patriotic songs and dances.

23. Basant Panchami29th January 2020 || Branch: Dwarka Mor & Nangloi

The students of Holy Heart Special School (Dwarka Mor & Nangloi Branch)celebrated Basant Panchami, an auspicious festival of the Hindus which marks theend of the winter season and the onset of spring season.

The spring of joy took over when a prayer ceremony worshipping Maa Saraswati,the Goddess of Learning was led by offerings of spring flowers and distributions ofPrasad.

24. Pratibha Ki Parakh02th February 2020 || Branch: Dwarka Mor & Nangloi

Holy Heart Special school (Dwarka Mor & Nangloi Branch) participated in a cultureprogramme "Prathibha ki Parakh" to encourage their students so that they can livehappily and accept every social part of their life.

Children came from different schools. They all enjoyed a lot by attending its singingdancing and other competitions. The Aim of this event is to encourage theirconfidence and self esteem. The students performed exceedingly well in Dance andsinging competitions and were rewarded with certificates and medals toacknowledge their win and their efforts.

25. Visit to Vegas Mall11th February 2020 || Branch: Dwarka Mor

Vegas mall is a biggest mall in dwarka. Children are excited to visit mall. Theyenjoyed a lot and know the concept of escalators. They ate momos, burgers Anddrink coke from Wow momos.

Special Olympics Bharat conducted TRAIN THE TRAINER PROGRAM in basketballand Football on 17th February at frank Anthony school. Where the students of ourschool participated under the age of 10 years.

They enjoyed a lot this opportunity.

28. SOUTH WEST SPECIAL ATHLETIC22nd February 2020 || Branch: Dwarka Mor

On 22nd feb 2020, South West Special Athletic was organized by SAHEBZADA FATEHSINGH SCHOOL,HARI NAGAR at KHATUSHYAM STADIUM, HARI NAGAR -CLOCKTOWER- NEW DELHI 110064, where our 16 students participated.

Our students performed very well in this event. 13 students won Gold, Sliver &Bronze Medal. All the students got certificates.

Our staff and students both enjoyed a lot.

29. Holi Stall in Ashtavakra School.28th February 2020 || Branch: Dwarka Mor

The Festival of Colours is upon us and the kids have been wanting to go and buycolours, pichkaris and balloons. This holi, holy heart special kids put a stall inashtavakra school.

It was wonderful experience and great opportunity for kids to have this exposureand socialize to different people. They sell chocolates, colors and balloons. Theseevents boost their confidence and self esteem

29. Holi : Vocational Activities26th February to 9th March 2020 || Branch: Dwarka Mor

Holi is the Festival of Colours awaited by every child to play happily with colours.The special-needs children celebrated Holi with great enthusiasm at Holy HeartSpecial School.The dominant idea behind Holi is to spread the message of harmony. To celebratethe festival, children had put stalls and displayed chocolates and colours for theoccasion of Holi. The stalls displayed Holi colours and hand-made chocolates packedby the children under the supervision of the teachers.

The students participated enthusiastically and were happy and excited to displaythe products and sold the products in the stall. Such vocational activities enhancecreativity and curiosity among students, encouraging them to learn morepassionately. Everyone honoured the teachers for supporting the students duringthese activities and acknowledged the efforts as an appreciation.
