BACKGROUND:
• This request is to put a 295’ self-supported Telecommunication Tower on site. The applicant has a site plan which is attached.
• The regulations in regards to Cell Towers are very lengthy so in lieu of attaching them here, you can see them on pages 99-117 of the Harnett County UDO
• This project will be required to go through the commercial site plan review process. The Commercial Site Plan review process includes a thorough review from Planning, Fire Marshal, Public Utilities, E911/ Addressing, and Environmental Health Departments.
