In January 2008 Mr. Henk J TH. Van Stokkom came to visitKidaneMehiret School and Franciscan Sisters Mission . Late Bishop Leonardusbrought him in our house and therefore we got an opportunity to meet him. In thattime we are in need to get a fence for school compound and we gave the project toHenk . As we heard from Mr. Henk you accepted that project and sent the cost22,000 Euro. We received 293,625.19 Birr from the bank .For the construction wetook an agreement with a Contractor who is working in the Vicariate of Nekemte .His name is Amanuel Olana. When we submitted this project to you the totalcalculation was290,525 Birr. The Contractor argued to get some more because ofthe cost variation. At that time every materials became expensive. Therefore thecontract agreement done with 293,000Birr. Please find enclosed financial reports,all original receipts and photographs about the fence construction. Thank you somuch from the core of my heart for supporting us to continue our mission .Through Mr. Henk we came to know your organization and to receive yourgenerosity .
