PhD Projects - Determination of Pharmacokinetics of Rosuvastatin in Pakistani

volunteers

- Pharmacokinetic drug-drug interaction studies of Rosuvastatin with

omeprazole, cefixime and clopidogrel.

- Bioanalytical project on rosuvastatin and its metabolite using high

resolution LC-MS/MS.

- Evaluation of new prototype amino columns for separation of polar

biomolecules using high resolution LC-MS/MS.

- Development of a method for measuring the free and bound portion of

local anesthetic in blood for surgeons carrying out hip joint replacement

surgeries and its quantification in biological matrices using high resolution

LC-MS/MS.
