A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS OF THE EAGLE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, ADA, BOISE

& GEM COUNTIES, IDAHO, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE OF ONE 2013 CATERPILLAR D6 TRACK TYPE

TRACTOR (DOZER) WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Eagle Fire Protection District agree with the assessment of the Fire Chief that a purchase of this piece of equipment will aid in the prevention and protection of the District and cooperating areas contiguous to the District; and WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has obtained a pricing quote from the leasing agent Wester States Caterpillar on a 2013 Caterpillar D6T ID No.BH00698; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Eagle Fire Protection District approve the recommendation of the Fire Chief to execute the purchase of said D6 Dozer; and authorize the purchase of said apparatus from Western States Equipment to not exceed in the amount of $241,000 This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon passage and approval.
