    percenta#e of a selected beam's plastic moment capacity based on the criteria in 0I%C 6esi#n uide %eries 1A and the 1JJJ 0I%C %pecification for%tructural %teel uildin#s. $he desi#n of the column for aial load capacity is not considered.

    $he effects of a composite concrete floor slab are not considered in the analysis. $he connection is assumed to be part of a frame resistin# wind or low seismicforces.
