ABOUT VNITVisvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur is one of the thirty National Institutes of Technology in the country. ABOUT DEPARTMENT OF CHEMICAL ENGINEERING, VNITEstablished in 2006, the Chemical Engineering Department is ranked among one of the best departments in India. The department offers a UG programme to inculcate industrial approach in students and PG programme which exposes students to research and technology for the future. Our department is known for its excellence in research activities focussing on the traditional Chemical Engineering as well as emerging research areas with active collaborations with industries, societies and leading academic institutes in India and abroad. ABOUT THE CONFERENCE"CHEMIX" would present altogether a new idea of ideological fusion of Chemical Engineering concepts with other disciplines of Science and Engineering. The conference aims to develop and discuss a brief prospectful applications of different developments/research that are taking place in the world of Chemical Engineering and collaborating with other disciplines.
