Because of increasing global environmental change over the past century has been driven largely by rapid industrialization, population growth, over consumption of natural resources, and associated waste disposal challenges, as well as the inappropriate uses of technology. Many global and regional environmental changes, i.e., climate change and global warming, depletion of stratospheric ozone layer, loss of biodiversity, resource depletion, soil degradation, ecosystem changes, urbanization, increasing UV doses, ocean acidification, raising sea level, eutrophication, etc. and widespread environmental pollutions are largely caused by human activities. Large-scale environmental pollutions have significant impacts on human and environmental ecosystem health through e.g., the loss of access to medicine from plants, insufficient urban services, shortage of water and food supplies, and the increasing concentration of pollutants in declining river flows, streams, and aquifers. These changes will have calamitous consequences for maintaining food security, economic activities, and human and environmental health. All these lead to increase the problems of climatic changes in the biosphere.

Attention have been made in the understanding the scientific fundamentals of global environmental change and its role on the environmental ecosystems and should be made for environmental sustainability, in term of application and use. How to deal with these issues is an important challenge to scientists, policy-makers, and the general public. The Scientific consensus now exists that global environmental change and population health are linked, even though the details and mechanisms underlying this link remain to be both replicated and quantified. For this reason, more global cooperation in environmental management of ecosystems is need for further strategic framework for an international achievement for translating scientific evidences into strategies to direct future of research and action with guidelines for different environments; to develop new analytical methods to record the effects of global environmental changes on biosphere, hydrosphere, lithosphere and atmosphere in urban and natural environment; to improve prediction the quality of weather, water, soil and air and chemical dispersion through improved modelling of biogeophysical, biogeochemical and biogeographical properties of the urban and non-urban environment; and to encourage communication across multidiscipline strategy at a range of scales.

The main approaches of the 5th ICEEE International Conference are to: provide a platform to exchange emerging ideas and investigate key issues such as; air-,

water-, soil-, nuclear pollution, waste recycling and reduction, wastewater, renewable energy technologies, public health issues, etc.,

- The Organizing Committee of the Conference is honoured to announce that: o Papers are invited from professionals, academicians and students for review

and acceptance for presentation in these three tracks. o Papers discussing concepts, applications, focus areas and tools are invited for

acceptance after blind review by the conference scientific professional and technical committee.

o All papers will be selected after double referee evaluation. o All papers for ICEEE-2014 will be published in the Fifth Edition of the

Proceeding of ICEEE with ISBN number. Besides, these excellent papers at this convention will also be recommended to SCI and EI journals.

- The plenary lecture should be not more than 30 minutes and 20 minutes for oral papers in duration which include questions and discussion. The time limit will be strictly kept, whenever reasonable.

- Standard audio-visual equipment provided will include PC + video projector, 5x5 cm slice projector and overhead projector.

- Adhesive, etc. for poster fixation will be provided. Poster sessions will be scheduled in the morning and late in the afternoon. During the Poster Session authors of posters are requested to be present at their posters at the time specified in the programme.

- Poster displays should be self-explanatory even in the absence of authors. Posters should not exceed a size of 70 cm (width) x 100 cm (height) (standing B1 format). There will be a poster spotlight session where the authors are kindly asked to present their work on up to 4 slides in maximum 5 minutes.

Abstract

The participants are kindly asked to send not more than four A4 pages as abstract of the research work before September 21st, 2014. The abstract should contain:

Abstract can be one-page (not more than 2300 words) long and must be prepared according to the guideline provided in the attachment.

Abstract should be ended by the corresponding author (name, institution, address, telephone, fax, e-mail).

Keywords must be provided separated by semicolon. Abstract and manuscript must be submitted only once to the ICEEE General Secretary

The review process consists of a pre-screening process managed by one reviewer and next step is a formal review process accomplished by another formal reviewer.

The ICEEE-2014 Organizing Committee is invited to assign submissions to the reviewers. For final step of revision, qualified reviewers and experts from different countries are invited to review the submissions.
