- Today, the use of BIM during the design and construction phase is getting
mature.
- Today, buildings that were built according the BIM process become
operational. Building owners start to consider how they can valorise their
preciously enriched models after the acceptance.
- We think the answer will be a connection between the model and other
surrounding systems that combine their data with the ‚static‘ data inside the
BIM model.
- We have shown a few possible use cases: indoor positioning systems,
building management systems, and energy and sustainability tracking
platforms.
