Lessons learned• Scholarship is a vital support to the youth and

ultimately it benefits the whole family and community in the long run. Investment in higher education has positive outcomes and impact for long term sustainability and human resource development.

• Engaging spiritual teachers in the program is effective in promoting shared values and ethics.

• Increasing participation of non-Tibetans in our language and awareness programs creates opportunities for cross community learning and strengthening relationships.
