The used ABB 5500 IRC5P FlexPainter pairs a broad work envelope with wall-mounted flexibility for the ultimate paint solution. It provides a horizontal reach of six meters with EOAT attached. The used ABB 5500 FlexPainter is designed to conserve time, effort, materials, and space. It is a swift, precision-driven robot. Tasks that originally took four robots can be simply and more affordably handled with just two FlexPainters.

The acceleration rates and cycle speeds of the used ABB 5500 are phenomenal. It can move as fast as 1.5-2.0 meters per second. It covers parts using parallel movements. The used ABB 5500 IRC5P saves paint using the ABB FlexBell cartridge system (CBS). This atomizer works efficiently so paint is rarely lost. This EOAT feature makes the used ABB 5500 an excellent solution for painting jobs that involve more than one color or small batches.
