FUJI RINGS "DIFFERENZA CANNE IN 3 SEZIONI"

Many years goes by from the first launch of the seri-es ‘Elite Surf’ and then every 3 years we developed the series ‘Titanium’ and then the ‘Darkside’ one, ma-king innovative steps forwards materials from resins to connections and assembly process. We introduced the new series ‘darkside 2.0’ with 12 brand new models with the exclusive put-over conical connection. The new fine-tuning material made by Reglass has the logo ‘M7’ that identify the high modulus at 24.000 filaments with the exclusive ‘Ultralight multiwall System 2 High Tensi-le 760 grade carbon fibre". The new carbon core came from the application of ‘black sun core’ patent studied and developed into Reglass labs, modifying the mole-cular structure of the core with a specific impregnating system that increase the mechanical performances of prepreg. The formula ‘Super toughened epoxy resins’ turns the final product black giving an innovative look. To increase the technical features, we used a system of resins already used into aerospace sector, the ‘Super vi-brational damping epoxy resin’ where the damping of vibrations into composite structures allowed to produ-ce a series of high performance rods.

Reglass is the Italian company that produce the rods Elite Darkside and boasts more than 20 national and international patents and it’s on the list of researching labs certified from MIUR (Ministero dell’Università e del-la Ricerca Italiano). Reglass is constantly studying new solutions in collaboration with C.N.R (Consiglio Nazio-nale delle Ricerche) and different universities, for ha-ving a carbon tissue always perfect and reliable. “we are the one and only Italian company that start from the filament to have the prepreg”. The production is 100% made in Italy and it’s located in the city of Miner-bio (Bologna) in a factory of 5.000 sqm. The products of Reglass are 100% made in Italy and are developed with evolved calculation system and design programs like CAD 3D and FEM. The finishing of the Darkside is com-plicated and fascinating, all surfaces are the result of the incredibile hand ability of our painting’s team who use the serigraphy technique, using just only the strictly paint to make the ‘artwork’ has a graphic that do not make heavier the buttom part of the rod. Every rod is unique because painted by hand. The baking of carbon is into autoclave (process that eliminate the eventual air bubble and these are the principal cause of break). M4 PUT-IN 4.1M: This rod’s project is so complicated that we are able to produce only one rod per day. Butt section’s exclusive inverted conicity needs a lot of working hours to place on all different carbon fibers. The result is a super powerful rod capable to work with very heavy ground and pendular casts at incredible distances in no other possible ways. In the long casting tests it casts until 250 meters, the hybrid texture has been studied for using casting reel and also the normal one, for all customizations and rod building is also available only the blank.

Born from the cooperation between english Maver athletes and Eugenio Ucci, we have put together two “thinking schools” obtaining the most light long casting rod in the world using a blank of just 500 grams of weight !!! The project is so complex that we are able to produce just one rod for each day, but you’ll be surprised and amazed by its dynamic reaction made by the extreme conical connection PUT-OVER. The rod can overpass 250 mt on the field, and thanks its strong features and incredible power we’ll see it in action at the long casting world championship. The guides are hybrid and designed for use the spinning reel as the casting reel. The rod is also available as blank version for the best personalization of each angler.

M2 SPIGOT 4.1M TUBOLAR TIP: If you were searching for a rod for fishing also in the worst sea’ conditions, with a tip can work also against very high waves without the risk to move leads from the correct position, well now you have surely found it! It has been developed to make every kind of cast, even the most technical like the ‘pendular’ one. Guides are combined in a hybrid way and they have been studied for use both classic reel and the casting one.

M3 SPIGOT 4.1M TUBOLAR TIP: It’s unbelievable how this very slim rod (21mm) is and what can be able to do.The weight of the blank is only 470 gr. In the long cast testing we have reached an average distance about 200 meters without physical stress and after many many casts; so this rod is perfect in each surfcasting session where you have to cast at maximum distance from the first to last cast.
