Brain =the human body have effectors everywher and for everything.
Few examples to understand how the body reacts :- light : retina effector ------> send messages to the brain in proportion to the intensity and the wavelenght of the sunlight. The brain analyses the message, and fixes the dilatation of the pupil to let more or less light enter.
- cold : the body gets cold ( because of the temperature of the outside ), the skins effectors activate the nervous system ( vasoconstriction, pilo-erection )

THE GREEN CROSSING
BENEFITS FROM GREENERY AND LIGHT
Greenery and sunlight will have a central place in our buil-ding. In fact these two criteria are essential for the health and the well-being of the residents.Concerning the sunlight, the building will have a nor-thwest exposition to have the maximum of exposure during the entire day, and the building won’t be higher than R+6 to limit the shadow. Some therapeutic micro-architecture will be created in the green crossing, which will assure the well-being of the inhabitants. For example, the “heat micro-architecture” will allow muscle relaxation and a better blood circulation. Sunlight gives vim for the whole body. It is vital for growing, healing, immune regu-lation and bone solidity with the action of vitamin D. So it is really necessary to provide sunlight to the residents.
Vegetation will be found everywhere in the “homeostasis building”, in the green crossing with non allergen plants to limit harmful immune reaction from the body, on the pro-tection wall and on the roofs with shared garden, where vegetables will be cultivated for the residents. These plants will play a role of protection; they will eliminate the carbonic gas and provide a purified air for the inhabitants by the pho-tosynthesis mechanism.

The ground floor has a very sensitive ceiling that can fix the humidity produced by people ( practising sport or waiting at the laundry or having diner ).
Every appartment has a balcony ( that looks down on the green crossing or on the hairs’wall )
