"Loading instrument: A loading instrument consists of a

computer (hardware) and a programme (software) and

offers the possibility of ensuring that in every ballast or

loading case: the permissible values concerning

longitudinal strength as well as the maximum

permissible draught are not exceeded; and

the stability of the vessel complies with the requirements

applicable to the vessel. For this purpose intact stability

and damage stability shall be calculated."

Gelijkwaardigheden en afwijkingen

1.5.3.1 Procedure voor gelijkwaardigheden

Indien de bepalingen van deze voorschriften voor een schip het

gebruik of de aanwezigheid aan boord voorschrijven van

bepaalde materialen, inrichtingen of uitrusting of het in acht

nemen van bepaalde bouwtechnische maatregelen of bepaalde

voorschriften dan kan de bevoegde autoriteit toestaan dat aan

boord van dit schip andere materialen, inrichtingen of

uitrustingworden gebruikt of aanwezig zijn of dat andere

bouwtechnische maatregelen of andere voorschiften in acht

worden genomen, indien deze overeenkomstig de aanbevelingen

vastgesteld door de Ambtelijke Commissie, als gelijkwaardig zijn

erkend.


1.5.3.2 Afwijkingen ten behoeve van testdoeleinden

De bevoegde autoriteit kan op grond van een aanbeveling door de

Ambtelijke Commissie een proefcertificaat van goedkeuring afgeven

voor een beperkte tijd voor een specifiek schip dat is voorzien van

nieuwe technische kenmerken, welke van deze voorschriften afwijken,

op voorwaarde dat deze kenmerken voldoende veilig zijn.


1.5.3.1 Procedure voor gelijkwaardigheden

Indien de bepalingen van deze voorschriften voor een schip het

gebruik of de aanwezigheid aan boord voorschrijven van

bepaalde materialen, inrichtingen of uitrusting of het in acht

nemen van bepaalde bouwtechnische maatregelen of bepaalde

voorschriften dan kan de bevoegde autoriteit toestaan dat aan

boord van dit schip andere materialen, inrichtingen of

uitrustingworden gebruikt of aanwezig zijn of dat andere

bouwtechnische maatregelen of andere voorschiften in acht

worden genomen, indien deze overeenkomstig de aanbevelingen

vastgesteld door de Ambtelijke Commissie, als gelijkwaardig zijn

erkend.

"1.6.8 Transitional provisions concerning training of the crew

The provisions of 7.1.3.15, 7.2.3.15, 8.2.2.3, 8.2.2.4 and 8.2.2.5

concerning the expert on board may be applied until 31 December

2014 in the version applicable on 31 December 2012. The

responsible master and the person responsible for the loading or

unloading of a barge shall be in possession of a certificate of

special knowledge with the entry "The holder of this certificate has

participated in an 8-lesson stability training" before 31 December

2019. The condition for this entry is participation in a basic course

required by the Regulations in force after 1 January 2013 or

participation in a basic refresher course that, in derogation from

8.2.2.5, comprises 24 lessons of 45 minutes, …eight lessons devoted

to the subject of stability."

1.15.4.2 They shall exchange experiences in joint meetings at least

once a year. They shall report annually to the Safety Committee. The

Secretariat of the Safety Committee shall be informed of those

meetings. The opportunity will be given to Contracting Parties to attend

"8.1.2.8 All documents shall be on board in a language the

master is able to read and understand. If that language is not

English, French or German, all documents, with the exception

of the copy of ADN with its annexed Regulations and those for

which the Regulations include special provisions concerning

languages, shall be on board also in English, French or

German, unless agreements concluded between the countries

concerned in the transport operation provide otherwise."

8.1.2.1 Behalve de op basis van andere voorschriften vereiste documenten moeten de volgende

documenten aan boord zijn:

a) het in 8.1.8 voorgeschreven Certificaat van Goedkeuring van het schip;

b) de in 5.4.1 voorgeschreven vervoerdocumenten voor alle vervoerde gevaarlijke

goederen……

c) de in 5.4.3 vereiste schriftelijke instructies voor de zich aan boord bevindende gevaarlijke

goederen;

d) een bijgewerkt exemplaar van het ADN1. Dit mag ook in elektronische vorm zijn mits deze

te allen tijde leesbaar is (Aangenomen Oostenrijks voorstel);

e) de in 8.1.7 vereiste verklaring met betrekking tot de isolatieweerstand van de elektrische

inrichtingen;

f) de in 8.1.6.1 vereiste verklaring met betrekking tot de beproeving van de

brandblusapparaten en de brandblusslangen;

g) een beproevingsboek, waarin alle resultaten van de vereiste metingen worden opgetekend;

h) een kopie van de essentiële tekst van de speciale regeling(en) conform 1.5, indien het

transport op basis van deze speciale regeling(en) wordt uitgevoerd.

i. de in 1.8.1.2 genoemde Controlelijst of de door de bevoegde autoriteit, die de controle

heeft verricht, opgestelde verklaring met betrekking tot de uitgevoerde controle moet aan

boord worden bewaard;

8.1.2.3 Behalve de in 8.1.2.1 vereiste documenten moeten aan boord van tankschepen de

b) de in 7.2.3.15 vereiste verklaring met betrekking tot de bijzondere kennis van het ADN;

c) bij schepen, die aan de eisen met betrekking tot de lekveiligheid moeten voldoen,

- een lekveiligheidsplan

- de bescheiden met betrekking tot intactstabiliteit, evenals de aan de lekberekening ten

grondslag liggende intactstabiliteits-situaties, in de voor de schipper begrijpelijke vorm;

d) de in 9.3.1.50, 9.3.2.50 of 9.3.3.50 voorgeschreven documenten betreffende de elektrische

installaties;

e) het in 9.3.1.8, 9.3.2.8 of 9.3.3.8 voorgeschreven certificaat van het classificatiebureau;

f) de in 9.3.1.8.3, 9.3.2.8.3 of 9.3.3.8.3 vereiste verklaring met betrekking tot gasdetectie-

installaties;

tankschepen Type G.


Stabiliteit

Toevoeging van een nieuw randnummer 8.2.2.3.3.3: De opleiding behelst in ieder

geval de basisbeginselen van stabiliteit, berekeningen, kennis over lekstabiliteit,

invloeden van vrije vloeistof oppervlakten, gebruik van stabiliteitscomputers

8.2.2.7.3.4 Het examen zal schriftelijk zijn waar de kandidaten een 10-tal

meerkeuze vragen en een open vraag krijgen. Het examen duurt 30 minuten.

8.2.2.7.3.5 Het examen bestaat uit 11 vragen. 10 meerkeuze en 1 open vraag.

De open vraag wordt gewaardeerd met 5 punten en de meerkeuze vragen met elk

In hoofdstuk 8.6.1 komt de tekst "The holder of this certificate has participated in

Stabiliteit

Hoofdstuk 9

9.3.X.13.3

Voor de intacte stabiliteit moet voor alle stadia van belading en lossing

en voor de eindtoestand van de belading worden aangetoond dat deze

voldoende is voor alle relatieve dichtheden die opgenoemd zijn in

1.16.1.2.5. In dit randnummer staat ook een stabiliteitscomputer als optie

genoemd welke door een erkend classificatiebureau toegelaten moet zijn.


Brandblusinstallaties

7.2.4.40 Brandblusinstallaties

Tijdens het laden en lossen moeten aan dek in de ladingzone de

brandblusinstallaties en de slangen en straalpijpen met sproeistuk voor gebruik

gereed worden gehouden.

9.3.X.40.1 - "Alternatively one or more of

Hoofdstuk 7 7.2.3.15 Expert on board the vessel

When dangerous substances are carried, the responsible master shall at the same

time be an expert according to 8.2.1.2. In addition this expert shall be:

An expert as referred to in 8.2.1.5 when dangerous goods are carried for which a

type G tank vessel is prescribed in column (6) of Table C of Chapter 3.2; and

An expert as referred to in 8.2.1.7 when dangerous goods are carried for which a

type C tank vessel is prescribed in column (6) of Table C of Chapter 3.2.

NOTE: Which master of the vessel’s crew is the responsible master shall be

determined and documented on board by the carrier. If there is no such

determination, the requirement applies to every master.

By derogation from this, for the loading and unloading of dangerous goods in a tank

barge, it is sufficient that the person who is responsible for loading and unloading

and for ballasting of the tank barge has the expertise required according to 8.2.1.2."

Hoofdstuk 8.2 – Requirements concerning training

Examens voor de vervolgcursussen Gas en Chemie - Nederland

Art. 8.2.2.7.2.5 Het examen wordt in de vorm van een schriftelijk

examen uitgevoerd. Aan de kandidaat moeten iedere keer 30 vragen

in multiple choice vorm en een casusvraag worden gesteld. De duur

vanhet examen bedraagt in totaal 120 150 minuten, waarvan 60

minuten voor de meerkeuze vragen en 90 minuten voor de

casusvragen.

8.2.2.7.3.2 The test shall be in writing. Candidates shall be asked 20 multiple-choice questions.

At the end of every refresher course, a fresh question paper shall be prepared. The test shall last

40 minutes. It shall be deemed to have been passed if at least 16 of the 20 questions have been

answered correctly. During the test, the texts of ADN and CEVNI or related police regulations

may be consulted.

1.2 Definitions – Shipper: for the purpose of this Code, has the same meaning as

consignor. Consignor: means any person, organization or government which prepares a

consignment for transport."

1.4.3.3. Filler "In the context of 1.4.1, the filler has the following obligations in

particular: Obligations concerning the filling of cargo tanks: (l) furnish the carrier with
