CSM started as an OEM supplier of cryogenics parts and sub-assembly to
global customers in Europe, USA, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and China since 2002.
Armed with knowledge in cryogenics, we established a new and modern
manufacturing plant in Malaysia in 2015 to produce wider range of cryogenic
equipment and products as part of our products expansion program. We
leverage on Malaysia good infrastructure, investment policy, attractive
incentives, competitive, skilled and talented work force, coupled with a
strategic location in Asia. Our new facility is equipped with modern machinery
such as robots to automate some of our critical processes to ensure quality
consistency and production efficiency.

Our experienced and trained team of engineers and technicians
will carry out the product acceptance test (PAT) for every product
that has complete the manufacturing cycle, before shipping out
to our customers. This is to ensure zero defects in all our products
before they reach our customer’s site. All test results are
documented according to ISO 9001 quality system.

Armed with latest product design software such as 3D-Autocad, we are able to design complex cryogenic module like valve box, valve manifold and multicore liquid helium and liquid nitrogen transfer and circulation system.
Armed with latest design validation software such as Autodesk Simulation, Autodesk CFD, ALGOR Pipe Check, and Pro- MECHANICA finite element analysis for stress analysis for internal load, thermal expansion & contraction load.

Over 30 years of experience in the cryogenic field with leading cryogenic
companies, Demaco and Cryonorm – his last position was a managing
director and business development director. His expertise is in cryogenic
gasses storage & transfer system; air separation plant(ASU) engineering
and construction; LNG storage & fueling system; vacuum insulated
piping, valve box, and cryostat manufacturing; high pressure liquid
hydrogen & liquid oxygen piping in rocket launching system; large scale
liquid helium system for Large Hadron Collider (LHC) & Synchrotron.
We have technical exchange with visiting consulting experts from US &
Europe in regular interval to keep our team with latest cryogenic
technology and engineering.
Cryogenic Specialty Manufacturing (CSM) engineering team is
well-trained in the characteristics and behavior of cryogenic fluids
under various temperature, pressure and flow conditions. Our
cryogenic system expertise covers liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen,
liquid hydrogen, liquid carbon dioxide, liquid helium and other

In CSM, we offer high quality cryogenic vacuum insulated pipe &
hose, phase separators, gas vents and isolation valves. These

Each component & part are meticulously manufactured and
rigorously tested in our factory before delivering to our customers
to ensure trouble free performance. Only corrosion resistant
austenitic stainless steel material are used to build our equipment.

warranty provided is 10 years.
The installation is performed by our distributors who have a team of
certified installers. Your cryogenic fluid system is assured through

CSM vacuum insulated piping & phase separator are indispensable to A&T customers to save time and money for their product development and final product testing.
• Test Handlers for testing and inspection of packaged semiconductor device including automotive, mobile, power, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and microcontrollers • HALT/HASS thermal cycling test that require extremely high turn down ratio of LN2 supply to achieve desired temperature downslope gradient.
Our vacuum jacketed pipe and valves are sweat-free and do not frost even after years of service. Our products has been part of the many successful LN2 delivery system for QUALMARK, Thermotron, RASCO, DELTA, TESEC, COHU.
CSM manufacture cryogenics equipment for low vapor pressure liquid nitrogen system used in critical wafer growing process such as MBE. This system keeps your tools cool at -196 deg C at all time; making it possible to build defect free product layer by layer, increasing overall process yield.
CSM product has been used extensively with major world class MBE equipment from RIBER, VEECO and DCA.
CSM manufacture innovative liquid nitrogen dosing technology for food & beverages, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries.
• Doser dispenses a controlled, measured amount of liquid nitrogen into product packaging just before the final sealing or capping process. • The liquid nitrogen vaporizes and expand 700 times into gaseous
phase in the product head space, thus creates a stronger container. • This process is also effective in flushing out the oxygen, extending product shelve life.
CSM vacuum jacketed pipes and hoses can be used for the liquid nitrogen delivery system for cryo-preservation in biomedical device facility, blood bank, and hospital fertility storage.

Our Vacuum Insulated Pipes are CFOS cleaned – all components are cleaned to reduce hydrocarbon residue before assembly. Every work piece is precisely cut and the joint accurately prepared with high quality tools. CSM uses advance robots and mechanized TIG welding for consistent full penetration welding to minimize virtual leak in vacuum annular space of each spool.
MLI wrapping process are conducted under controlled and clean environment free from oil/grease contamination. The process pipe is wrapped with high performance multilayer insulation material; proprietary chemical getters and molecular sieve are added to enhance vacuum life. Every layer is carefully assembled with controlled tensional force to guarantee consistent spacing distance for highest heat barrier performance.
The final module undergoes proprietary vacuum evacuation and baking at high temperature +180deg C (360 deg F). Process data acquisition PDA is done automatically by dedicated process computer for inline process analysis. The engineer monitors and controls the entire evacuation process to detect any irregularities. Quality control is maintained at all time!
Every product will undergo rigorous testing – proprietary pressure / vacuum and helium leak testing to ensure stringent quality compliance. Once final quality inspection and standard test procedures are complet-ed, the product will be certified and ready to ship. Optional test can be performed according to customer request and written procedure. Third party inspection is also possible at request.
