De Munt - Setting final• Softphone (skype-like) for everybody with

computer (fixed phone was possible as option)

• 2 clusters redundant installed in 2 differents

De Munt - Lesson• Change management underestimated (difference between 2

generations of people)

• Long support after migration (many question about the new feature)

• Bad collaboration of telecom provider (they didn’t have any helicopter view on the project, they underestimated the network complexity of the project)

• Difficult to find the right balance between business needs and the technological offer

• Business don’t really know what are his needs and how to be more efficient
