• Enter user name in the field “Gebruikersnaam”
• Enter password in the field “Wachtwoord”
• Click the button “Login” to log in

2. Members
• Click the red cross to delete a member
• Click the pencil to alter the data of a member
• Click the button “toevoegen” to add a member
• Type something in the search bar, then click on the button “Zoek” to only show data the
same as in the search bar.

1)Add
• If the member will be an admin check the box next to admin
• Input the name of the member in the field “Naam”
• Input the first name of the member in the field “Vnaam”
• Input the address of the member in the field “Adres”
• Input the city where the member lives in the field “Stad”
• Input the Postal code where the member in the field “Postcode”
• Input the telephone number of the member in the field “Tel”
• Input the Date of birth of the member in the field “Gebdatum”
• Input the email address of the member in the field “Email”
• If the member will be a paying member check the box next to admin
• Input the account name of the member in the field “AccountNaam”
• Input the password of the member in the field “Passwoord”
• Click the button “Opslaan” to add a member
• Everything needs to be filled in
2)Delete
• To delete a member click the button “Ja”
• Click “nee” to return

• If the member is in a relation with another table it can’t be deleted
3)Alter
• Alter where necessary the data of the member
• Click the button “opslaan” to alter the data

2. Contact
• Click the red cross to delete a contact
• Click the pencil to alter the data of a contact
• Click the button “toevoegen” to add a contact
• Type something in the search bar, then click on the button “Zoek” to only show data the
same as in the search bar.
3. News
• Click the red cross to delete a news item
• Click the pencil to alter the a news item
• Click the button “toevoegen” to add a news item
• Type something in the search bar, then click on the button “Zoek” to only show data the
same as in the search bar.

4. Arrangement
• Click the red cross to delete the picture of the arrangement
• Click the button “Bestand kiezen” to pick a picture
• Click the button “Upload” load the picture up
5. Albums
• Click the red cross to delete an album
• Click the pencil to alter the data of an album
• Click the button “toevoegen” to add an album
• Type something in the search bar, then click on the button “Zoek” to only show data the
same as in the search bar.

• Click the red cross to delete the picture of the arrangement
• Click the button “Bestand kiezen” to pick a picture
• Click the button “Upload” load the picture up

• Click the red cross to delete a result

• Click the button “toevoegen” to add a result

• Select a member with the combobox
• Select an exercise with the combobox
• Give an assement in the field “Beoordeling”

• Click the red cross to delete a camp
• Click the pencil to alter the data of a camp
• Click the button “toevoegen” to add a camp

• Click the red cross to delete a subscription
• Click the pencil to alter the data of a subscription
• Click the button “toevoegen” to add a subscription

• Click on the green circle to validate a subscription
• Validated subscriptions automatically come in the member table
• Type something in the search bar, then click on the button “Zoek” to only show data the
same as in the search bar.

• Click the red cross to delete a subscription
• Click on the green circle to validate a subscription
• Validated subscriptions automatically come in the gym camp subscriptions table
• Type something in the search bar, then click on the button “Zoek” to only show data the
same as in the search bar.
13. Log out
• Click “Uitloggen” to log out
