The examination forms will be accepted only if they are accompanied by the requlslte fee. The examination fee should be sent through Bank Draft in favour of Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh. Outstation Cheques and Postal orders are not acceptable. • . T.A.lD.A. and other payments pertaining to examinations, both Theory and Practical, of the preceding year will be made in the months of November/December every year and no correspondence on this account will be entertained. No deduction or adjustment of T.A. & D.A. claims etc. is permitted towards the examination fees of the forms to guard against the audit objections. The Theory and Practical examiners are requested to send their claims to Head Office at Chandigarh immediately on the completion of the examination so-that they are cleared within the stipulated period. Note:- 1. While preparing the Date-Sheet due care has been taken to avoid clash in timings of such candidate(s) who is/are appearing inone subject. In case the timings still have any clash, the candidate(s) will be permitted to appearing only in one subject of hislhe-However, the examination fee of such student(s) will be carried over to the next session. In case any candidate still persists acontravention of these instructions, his/her Answer book of the second subject will be automatically cancelled and no correspobe entertained on this account by the Kendra.
2. No candidate is allowed to appear in more than two subjects upto Shushan Final and that too if the timings of the subjects doVisharad Pratham Khand and Visharad Final candidate(s) will be permitted to appear only in one subject in a year as perKendra.
INSTRUCTIONS:-Table for payment to the Invigilators/Superintendents from Shushan Pratham Khand to Visharad Final:-1. Invigilator Rs. 25/- perdayforthe working day.2. Superintendent Rs. 35/- perdayforthe working day.3. (i) Where the strength of the students is less than 40 no payment will be made to the Invigilators/Superintendent(s),
(ii) Where the strength of the students is 40, one Invigilatorwill be appointed.4. Where the strength ofthe students is between 41 to 70, only one Superintendent will be appointed.5. Where the strength ofthe students is between 71 to 100, one Superintendent and one Invigilatorwill be appointed.6. Where the strength ofthe students is above 100, one Superintendent and two Invigilators will be appointed.7. Deduction of 5% towards Artists/Teacher Welfare Fund will be made on all the bills to be paid on this account.
