IOE CHECKLIST
!
建議在IOE的時候去學習各個教官的⾶⾏管理!! Ex:為什麼在這時候⽤VNAV,為什麼在這時候放flap等等
!
⾺尼拉主跑道是RWY 06,因為他們帶得不好,建議不只看Airport page,還要去問⾶過的學長
! 要特別注意到cargo的inspection要怎麼作,可以到GOM找參考資料
!
在PANC還有外站的OD!
⼀個go around⼤約會耗5000lbs! 油亮的計算⽅式有兩種,要去知道totalizer, calculator!⼀個⼩時⼤約可以差到180lbs. disagree⼤約在9000lbs出來.落地之後, calculated會比totalizer多.在VNAV & PROG Page可以看到calculated的fuel
! B-18718, B-18719的兩個油差 (Calculated & Totalizer)最多
!
在作engine start的時候可能教官會問limitation!
在航路訓的時候,建議也把Alternate的場站狀況都了解⼀下,比如說幾條
跑道,主跑道是哪⼀個,有沒有ILS,燈號狀況,沿途的被降站也建議都知道,或者是在凌晨哪幾個幾場有開可以當作我們的被降站,這些訊息都可以在airport page找到
! TPE附近出去的航路的各個交界點,要記住,本場的ILS

! VMC的Definition
! 在作minimum diversion fuel的briefing時,油量盡量⾛safe side! 當全機油量少過12,000lbs,隨時有可能會打不到油! 建議在起⾶之前先到NWS看看ENROTUE的天氣! OCM特別要學到ACARS, ACMS, CMC, SATCOM,怎麼CHECK貨機INSPECTION
!
建議在起⾶前跟TAIPEI RADIO作⼀次HF CHECK跟SELCAL CHECK
Ground Operation:
! CAL Fuel Policy
1. Flight profile and definition (FOM 4.4)
! Taxi Fuel在FOB裡⾯可以看到各個廠站的油量
! FOI > FOB > FOM (FOI是比較緊急,但來不及作,所以發佈)
! 要特別注意⾶到Manila要帶10分鐘holding pattern的fuel (在FOB裡⾯)
! 油單上來之後的誤差值,可以在FOB裡⾯的Fuel Policy
Supplemental裡⾯有!
Trip Fuel會運⽤盛⾏風的⽅向來作SID, STAR的預抓,這樣如果今天跑道不是⽤盛⾏風的跑道來⽤,有可能會造成油料減少,要特別注意
! 看到油單時要有⼀個idea,知道說⼀個⼩時⼤約兩萬磅的油耗
! Minimum Diversion Fuel是由Alternate Fuel根Final Reserve Fuel加起來的油
! Contingency fuel沒有特別說到不能在地⾯上⽤,雖然FOM上沒有特別註明
2. Factors to be considered for adding extra fuel (FOM 4-12)
! 有加了之後會特別註明原因在CFP
! OD也會因為FOB主動多加

1.客機跟貨機的逃⽣路線⼀定要會2.比較客機跟貨機的不同

! NOTOC主要是在貨機比較重要,主要也是在AFT CARGO HEAT有live animal
! NOTOC雖然限制是在ETD之前30MIN,但常常還是會後推前送來
! 鋰電池裝載的限制 ??要放在下貨艙
! Special Loading的裝載限制也可以在GOM上⾯看到
4. Loadsheet (FOM 4-23)!
先看⽇期,航班編號, KEY IN ZFW, CG等等!
多少LBS之後需要發全新的LOADSHEET, 12,000LBS/15,000LBS (FOM 4-26)
! Last minute change (FOM 4-8)
! DH,只要外⾯有位⼦,他就是 ??
! 後推之後,如果又收到LOADSHEET,規定是 ??
! Ramp Safety & Security (GOM 6.1 ~ 6.10)
1.要注意引擎四周要放cone! Observer Evacuation Briefing (再駕艙上⾯有些briefing card)
! Refueling with Passengers On Board (FOM 4-24)

如果local場站規定refueling on board不⽤有fire truck,就不需要!

每個廠站都有不同的時間!
PDC怎麼DECODE要特別知道!
SINGAPORE有說NO PDC,只會先給initial altitude!
重點是美國的decode,底下會有四個數字,那是departure UTC Time! Clearance Acceptance / Verification (FOM 5-43)
!
怎麼樣的情況下我們可以接受? Both Pilot要確認,基本上是PMReadback給ATC, PF Readback給PM. 05l np nc hs 01l
!
Taxi orientation / share mental model (FOM 6.40/1)! RTO Consideration / Brake Cooling Schedule (FOM 6-8 , AOM 5.26/6)

可以在FLIGHT RELEASE上⾯看到,也可以在CFP後⾯也可以看到!
只要是in flight,⼀有⽕警就是emergency!
通常有發⽣⽕警,⼤約就是15 ~ 20有可能會造成⾶機crush!
也要注意很有可能在潮濕的狀況會有false alert,此時這樣也要去當真的去處置 (可以在AOM第五章看到)
!
也要看CARGO跟CEILING的間隔,也要看有沒有固定穩定,看上⽅有沒有積⽔
!
如果有EMERGENCY,要提供給ATC,數量,品種, UN NUMBER! Navigation1. Definition of RNP / RVSM / RNAV (ATC ICAO P.551 ~ 553)
! 吳迪教官最多看過就是0.07

通常越洋過去會是TOKYO Radio,或者 San Francisco Radio,交界會在E165左右!
! Position report中, estimate的⼀定要是compulsory waypoint,下⼀個就不⼀定要是compulsory
! N45E170 :唸 45 North, 170 east. N45E180,因為E180跟W180都依樣,所以east或者west不⽤唸
6. Longitudinal Separation / Mach number technique (FOM 5-44, & JPSNATC ICAO P.501)
! 在POSITION report page可以看到我們的速度,如果是M 0.835在這個PAGE就是0.84 ; M 0.834就會看到是0.834
! Obstacle Clearance, Mountainous Terrain
1. Escape Route (RIM) :

為engine fail或者emergency descent要⽤,且emergency descent又比two engine inop還嚴重
! 主要是通過山區會有,中間也會有DP
! 所以,建議在起⾶之前,花個10分鐘review⼀下我們的DP在哪,

主要是在⼤陸雲南, PANC到KJFK,中東那⼀代都會有2. Special Airport (FOM 11-26)!
CAA會頒布哪些是SPECIAL AIRPORT,通常在ops spec上⾯會有S的字樣,通常是根據地形,複雜的進場程序為考量 (EX:VHHH, RCKH, KSFO,福岡,⼤連….)
! CAA Approved training program,在CBT或者SIM都算
! Risk Management (TEM)
1. FOR-DEC Model (FOM 5.3.2)

! 在FOB 7/12還有寫到在extra fuel少了多少的比例的時候要

“MINIMUM FUEL”中說的specific airport主要是要再去alternate的路上發⽣時要叫的

! 會有EICAS Message出來,是根據JET A預設來作的temp low.
! 若低過optimum altitude 4000ft會有2~6%的penalty

照著QRH去作,都是會耗油!若在CFP看到OAT低過-60超過1⼩時以上,就要特別注意是不是會ICING
! 油箱sensor是在main tank 1,溫度設定是-37

DUAL FMC FAIL, CAT II還可以作, CAT III就不能作! SSB是NYNYN (沒有,有,沒有,有,沒有)

你是⽤甚麼APPROACH就是⽤甚麼APPROACH的規範! Communication
1. Accepting the clearance procedure (FOM 5-43)
2. Reroute or revised clearance (FOM 5-43, 5-47)
! 最重要就是組員都要⼀起抄收,確認好了之後再READBACK給ATC
3. ATC report requirement at all times (FOM 7-12)
4. SELCAL / SATCOM /ACARS Operations (FOM 7-6 , 7.3.3.1)!
TPE的TAF,⼀天4次,⼤約00, 06, 12, 18 !每⼀個TAF⼤約都在Published前1個⼩時進資料庫
! SATCOM有密碼,我們不能亂打
! ACARS不好,就會影響我們的CPDLC
5. Communication Failure procedure (FOM 7-9, JPSN)
! 有可能因為stuck mic造成lost comm,也會有⼀個QRH

Wing anti-ice在地⾯上沒有作⽤, L/E flap放出來之後就是ineffective
! Engine run-up,兩個engine有不同的run up (AOM 5.14/2)
! Flap建議放到flap 30,讓機務檢查是否都正常
! 貨機,In case天氣太冷,若不⽤上下貨,就APU GEN 1 & 2都是on,不然到時候再開⾞, APU GEN2按上的去的時候會跳電
! PANC Type 4噴出來的是橘紅⾊的

除冰⼀趟⼤約是20~30分鐘6. Cold weather altitude correction (AOM 5.24/19) (FOM 5-45 ; 5.11.3)

Briefing盡量再15 ~20分鐘完成! Paper work不要再critical phase座! 遮陽板的使⽤:有分可拆式跟不可拆! 準備⽅向除了RIM跟AIRPORT PAGE以外,盡量去問別⼈
