Wir bestätigen, dass das oben genannte Produkt den folgenden Anforderungen entspricht

• Von der Europäischen Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1935/2004 und dem Deutschen Lebensmittel- und Futtermittel-recht (LFGB)

• Von der Europäischen Verordnung (EG) Nr. 10/2011 (ersetzt die EG-Richtlinie 2002/72/EG) bzw. Verbraucherlebensmittelverordnung

POM C kann frei für die Herstellung von Endprodukten verwendet werden. Produkte, die für den wiederholten Kontakt mit allen Lebensmittelkategorien hergestellt werden oder einen Kontakt, dem keine Langzeit- lagerung bei Raumtemperatur oder Kühlung folgt.

Die Verordnung (2023/2006EC) über die gute Herstellung-spraxis (GMP) legt Regeln für die Herstellung fest.

ReinigungshinweiseEs wird empfohlen den Gebäckfüller täglich zu reinigen.

Spülen Sie den Gebäckfüller mit heißem Wasser unter Verwendung eines für den Umgang mit Lebensmittel zugelassenen Reinigungsmittel durch.

Je nach Verschmutzungsgrad wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang mehrmals.

Spülen Sie den Gebäckfüller mehrmals nach der Reinigung mit klarem Wasser nach, bis sich in der Pumpeneinheit keine Reinigungsmittelrückstände mehr befinden.

Reinigen Sie den Gebäckfüller nicht in der Spülmaschine.

Achten Sie bitte bei der Demontage als auch bei der Montage nach der Reinigung darauf, dass keine Kleinteile verloren gehen. Eine fehlerhafte Montage kann zu Be-schädigungen sowie Funktionseinschränkungen führen.

Verwenden Sie für die Demontage sowie für die Montage keine scharfen oder spitzen Gegenstände – dies könnte zu Beschädigungen führen!

Bevor die Kolbenstange mit dem Tauchrohr montiert wird empfehlen wir die drei transparenten Dichtungen mit handelsüblichem Speiseöl einzuölen.

POM C can be freely used for the production of final products for repeated contact with all food categories.Products manufactured with it permit use under all contact which is not followed by long term storage at room temperature or cooling.

The Regulation (2023/2006EC) on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) establishes rules for manufacturing materials and articles that are intended to come into contact with food.

Cleaning InstructionsIt is recommended to clean the cream injector daily.

Rinse the cream injector with hot water using a food grade detergent.

Depending on the degree of soiling, repeat this procedure. Process several times.

Rinse the cream injector several times with clear water after cleaning until there are no more cleaning agent residues in the pump unit.

Do not clean the cream injector in the dishwasher.

Please pay attention during disassembly as well as during assembly after cleaning so that no small parts are getting lost. Incorrect assembly can lead to damage and functional restrictions.

For disassembly as well as for the assembly do not mount sharp or pointed objects – this could lead to damage!

Before mounting the piston rod with the immersion tube, we recommend oiling the three transparent seals with commercially available cooking oil.
