Een nieuwe website en ouderapp...

SALTO-school De St@rtbaan is gestart met een nieuwe website en een ouderapp. De website zal volgende week ‘de lucht ingaan’ en de ouderapp is voor u te downloaden. Deze app is bedoeld voor ouders van de St@rtbaan!! Hierbij informatie en instructie:

SALTO gezond in beweging...

In dat kader doet onze school, samen met enkele andere SALTO-scholen mee aan Start(v)aardig!, een onderzoek naar de beweegvaardigheid van kleuters. Het onderzoek wordt afgenomen o.l.v. Tess de Kok, Junior onderzoeker bij Lectoraat Move to Be. Hiervoor worden de komende 3 schooljaren jaarlijks een aantal metingen verricht, te beginnen dit jaar met de groepen 1 en 2. Bij deze leerlingen nemen we een beweegparcours (MQ Scan) af in de speel-/gymzaal, meten we lengte/gewicht en vragen we ouders een vragenlijst in te vullen. Data: 12 en 20 febr. tijdens de gymles van de kleuters.

Meedoen aan het school-schaaktoernooi...

Op woensdag 5 februari is er een groot schoolschaaktoernooi op de Reigerlaan in Eindhoven. Hier doen heel scholen uit Eindhoven en directe omgeving aan mee. Het zou erg leuk zijn als onze school hier ook één of meer teams aan mee zou doen. Een team bestaat uit vier spelers. Je moet natuurlijk weten hoe alle stukken gaan, maar verder maakt het niet uit hoe goed je bent. Meld je alleen of met je vriendjes aan! Het is erg leuk om aan mee te doen. Hieronder staan de belangrijkste gegevens:

Wanneer: Woensdag 5 februari 2020 Waar: Spilcentrum Reigerlaan, Reigerlaan 3, Eindhoven Hoe laat: Aanvang wedstrijden 13.30 uur (aanmelden tussen 13.00 en 13.15). De prijsuitreiking staat om ongeveer 17.30 uur gepland. Kosten: Deelname is gratis. Muziek voor de jongsten: Spelenderwijs de liefde voor muziek bijbrengen. CKE is er ook voor de allerkleinsten! Muziek voor de jongsten vindt elke woensdag plaats in de Hangar van 9.30u. tot 10.15u. Baby’s zien genieten van muziek is een lust voor het oog. Hoe ze aandachtig naar een liedje luisteren of kraaien van plezier bij een rustig rijmspelletje op de knie. In deze muzieklessen leg je een mooie basis voor een goede muzikale ontwikkeling van je kind, wat ook goed is voor de hersenen! Als ouder of verzorger doe je zelf actief mee aan de cursus en ook thuis zingen jullie liedjes en doe je muziekspelletjes. Belangrijk in deze opzet is dat je samen met je kind bezig bent met muziek. Veel plezier en een heerlijk geluid zijn het resultaat! Peuterdans is 45 minuten feest! De peuterdans vindt elke woensdag plaats in de Hangar van 10.15u- 11.00u Dans met me mee en ontdek de leuke wereld van dans. Samen werken we een thema uit dat peuters aanspreekt, met de benodigde materialen van dien en met veel verschillende soorten muziek. Alle ruimte om te experimenteren dus! Hoe leuk dansen is, weet je pas als je meedoet. Een dansles is niet alleen dans, maar vaak muziek en spel. In Peuterdans wordt spelenderwijs uitleg gegeven over dans en er is veel aandacht voor improvisatie en dansexpressie. De docent weet in te spelen op de belevingswereld van een peuter en zorgt ervoor dat de kindjes veel leren en blij de les verlaten. Behalve de gezelligheid van een groep is er ook veel individuele aandacht. Bibliotheek Eindhoven...

Ieder jaar in januari worden de Nationale Voorleesdagen georganiseerd. De prentenboeken top 10 staat centraal. De hoofdrol is voor het prentenboek van het jaar, ‘Moppereend’. Geniet samen van voorlezen: het leukste moment van de dag! Zeker met deze prachtige prentenboeken.

New website and parent-app...

SALTO-school De St@rtbaan started with a new website and parent-app. The website will be launched

Good to know about the parent-app: Our parent app is now active for over a week. From February we will use this app completely for sending information. Make sure you have downloaded the app!!! You can report your child sick through the app, no longer via the website. Parents of students who are in the Taalklas (language class) can unfortunately not sign up for the parent app. When your child moves on to a “normal’ group, you can use the app and you will receive a signal from us.

SALTO healthy in movement...

In that context, our school, together with a few other SALTO schools, participate in Start(able), a study into the mobility of toddlers. The research is conducted on the basis of Tess de Kok, Junior researcher at Lectoraat Move to Be. A number of measurements will be taken annually in the coming 3 years, starting this year with the groups 1-2. We will take an exercise course (MQ scan) with these students in the play room, measure height, weight and request parents to complete a questionnaire. Dates: February 12 th and during the gym class of the toddlers

Participate in the school chess tournament ...

On Wednesday Februari 5th there will be a large school chess tournament at SALTO-school De Reigerlaan in Eindhoven. A lot schools from Eindhoven and the surrounding area participate in this. It would be very nice if our school would participate in one or more teams. A team consists of 4 players/ Of course you have to know how all the pieces go, but it doesn’t matter how good you are! Sign up alone or with friends! It’s fun to participate. Below you will find the most important information: When: Wednesday February 5th 2020 Where: Spilcentrum Reigerlaan, Reigerlaan 3, Eindhoven Time: Start of the competitions at 13:30. Music for the youngest, playfully imparting the love for music. CKE is also for the little ones! Music for the youngest takes place every Wednesday in the Hangar from 9:30 until 10:45. Seeing babies enjoy music is a feast for the eyes. How they listen attentively to a song or crows of pleasure with a quiet rhyme game on the knee. In these music lessons you lay a nice foundation for a good musical development of your child, which is also good for the brain! As a parent you actively participate in the course and at home you also sing songs and play music games. Important in this setup is that you and your child are busy with music. A lot of fun and a great sound are the result! Toddler dance is a 45- minute party! The toddler dance takes place every Wednesday in the Hangar from 10:15 until 11:00. Dance with me and discover the fun world of dance. Together we work out a theme that appeals to toddlers, with necessary materials and with many different types of music. All the space to experi-ment! You only know how much fun dancing is when you participate. A dance class is not just dance, but often music and play. In Peuterdans (toddler dance) playful explanation is given about dance and much attention is paid to improvisation and dance expression. The teacher knows how to respond to the experience of a toddler and ensures that the children learn a lot and leave the lessons happily. In addition to the cosiness of a group, there is also a lot of individual attention. The National reading Days are organized Every year in January. The top 10 picture books are central. The main role is for the picture book of the year “Grumpy Duck”. Enjoy reading aloud: the best moment of the day! Certainly with these beautiful picture books.
