Punjab". It is a field study and is aimed at exploring linkages between local disputes, natural

resources, control over the natural resources, means of livelihood and mapping of formal and

informal dispute resolution mechanisms.

Responsibilities: Developed a framework and policy paper on ‘Blue Diplomacy: Transboundary

Water Governance from a Foreign Policy Lens’. This paper briefly looks at various transboundary

paper on “Comparison of Negotiation Stances of India and Pakistan in Climate Negotiations”

Understanding the principle drivers of India and Pakistan’s policy towards the UNFCCC, and their

respective stances on mitigation, adaptation, technology transfers and funding are analyzed.

Developed a framework for co-ordination in the UNFCCC that would add value to the respective

positions of India and Pakistan, and also represents an opportunity for the two countries to foster

bilateral cooperation

frameworks including finalizing M&E guidelines, procedures and tools. Detail the operational

implications of key components of the M&E framework, and provide guidance throughout all

Responsibilities: Developed a framework and paper on ‘Mainstreaming Community Based Climate

Responsibilities: Conducted a research study on the ‘Value for Money for Community Infrastructure

Improvement Project (CIIP) for 5 districts of Sindh and 4 districts of Punjab’. Developed

learning document based on CIIP SROI and mainstreamed value for money in CIIP projects.
