We live in Middletown, which is in New Castle County. New Castle County is one of 3 counties in Delaware.

About Us!

We live in the state of Delaware which is the 2nd smallest state in the United States. Most of us live in the town of Middletown. We aren’t sure how Middletown got its name but maybe it is because it is between Wilmington which is Delaware’s largest city and Dover which is our state capitol.

The Name of our school is Silver Lake Elementary School. There are 660 students who go to school here. Silver Lake is one of 5 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, and one high school in Appoquinimink school district.

The elementary schools have students in 1st through 5th grade.

The middle schools have students in 6th through 8th grade.

The high school has students from 9th through 12 grade.
