IV. OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY

What I have observed at Polytechnic University of the Philippines Q.C. is

that it is a peaceful and friendly company. It is a respected institution of

higher learning.

The strength and challenges of this company is that they are very pro-

fessional and respectful. Their strength is their own knowledge and spirit toeducate many people like us.

I think the best practice of this company is to be a model of the highest

norms of behavior, a professional and respectable company.

My over-all observation in _Polytechnic University of the Philippines

Q.C., it is very professional, united company, build to educate many people

and specially the future students.

During my whole training in _Academic Head & Admission’s Office, I

think the problem/s that I have encountered _when there are many people,

enrollee’s and inquirer’s. Sometimes I do not know what will I do first because

it’s crowded and many tasks assigned to me continuously. The problem is

the lack or shortage of time for me to do all of those tasks and to assist too

many people.

VII. SELF-ASSESSMENT

A. Skills and current technology learned/enforced:

 _I know that I have my own skills and knowledge. I know that I have

learned a lot of things. On of the things that improve me & my skills is that I

learned how to manage my time. Now I can manage it very well by doing

assigned tasks faster and most effectively. The current technology that Ihad learned is how to use the fax machine & scanner. I think I have to en-

hance more skills and explore more effective techniques and technology.

B. Equipment, tools, testing apparatus handled (software's used included)

 _The tools that I have used & handled are printer, LCD projector, tele-

phone, computer, Ink & stamp pad, Dry Seal, Gun tucker, etc. The soft-

ware's that I used are MS Word, MS Excel, Photo Editor, Adobe Photoshop,MS Photo Viewer, Yahoo mail.

C. Strong points versus weak points

 _I know that I am weak on voice quality but I am strong at communi-

cating with other people. I listen well to the instructions and make sure thatI finished the assigned tasks on time. My supervisor’s notice and tell me

that I'm industrious, punctual, cheerful, hardworking and very accommo-

dating person. These words are my strong points and every time I hear the-

se it makes me more stronger and lessen my weak points. Anything can

made better through hard work.

D. Best experiences on the job:

 _I have many experiences on the job and most of it are the best. I ex-

perience how to communicate well and interact with many different peo-

ple like what happened on the enrollment of the first year students. That

was one of the best for me because I notice & encounter many charac-teristics that different people exists. I have done a lot of jobs in our office &

I consider all of it the best. I have learned a lot & will never forget all of the-

se knowledge.

E. Evidence of Background preparation:

Faults committed (its causes and suggestion given by the supervisor)

 _The fault that I have done is that I forgot to tell something to my boss, that

is a message from the telephone. My supervisor tell and suggest to me that

I have to write the message, whenever it happens again so that I will never forget it to tell again to my boss.
