Quando il campo di applicazione delle centrali

di trattamento aria è critico quale l’ambiente

ospedaliero, l’industria high tech (clean rooms),

l’industria farmaceutica o quella alimentare,

i requisiti di pulizia ed igiene per la macchina

di trattamento aria divengono stringenti.

Mekar ha studiato delle soluzioni, che possono

venire impiegate nella serie 23MK, e che

soddisfano tali requisiti. Le soluzioni possono

essere graduate in modo da meglio conformarsi alle

specificità di ogni applicazione. L’applicazione

delle soluzioni esposte è quindi da valutare

caso per caso considerando che talvolta sono

alternative l’una all’altra.

Telai filtri monoblocco lisci

Le celle filtranti (del tipo a tasche rigide

nell’esempio, ma la soluzione è validamente

applicabile anche a filtri assoluti) vengono

fissate ad un telaio liscio realizzato in

pannellatura sandwich; questo garantisce

la massima rigidità, e quindi la massima

tenuta delle guarnizioni, senza presentare

interstizi e spigoli vivi dove possa deposi-

tarsi della polvere. Il telaio risulta inoltre

più facilmente lavabile rispetto ai telai

standard.

Telaio e profilo interno con doppia

guarnizione

L’interno della centrale è completamenteliscio, con poche giunzione e privo di viti

in vista.

La guarnizione montata sui profili d’allumi-

nio impedisce il contatto fra aria e profilo

angolare migliorando il taglio dei ponti

termici, riduce ulteriormente i trafilamenti

d’aria ed impedisce l’accumulo di polve-

re eliminando le fessure.

Ventilatori tipo “plug” (senza coclea)

L’assenza di coclea limita gli interstizi

dove si può accumulare la polvere e co-munque il ventilatore è completamente

visibile, controllabile e pulito. Il ventilato-

re di tipo “plug” si adatta inoltre meglio

ad una configurazione della centrale di

trattamento aria in pressione in quanto

assicura una più uniforme distribuzione

dell’aria sui componenti a valle.

Ventilatori con motore a rotore esterno

Il motore a rotore esterno non necessita di

particolari strutture di supporto e rende la

costruzione ancor più pulita.Questa esecuzione è però limitata nella

sua portata massima (10000 m3/h circa).

Vasche di raccolta condensa

Inclinate completamente drenanti perevitare il ristagno dell’acqua, le vaschehanno il fondo inclinato nel senso dell’ariaper un completo drenaggio. Sono semprerealizzate in acciaio inossidabile.

Umidificatori a vapore di centrale e con

generatore locale ed elettrodi immersi

Il vapore è intrinsecamente sicuro. Dove èpresente un impianto di produzione cen-tralizzata del vapore, il tubo distributoreè alimentato con vapore surriscaldatomediante una valvola di regolazione mo-dulante. Per piccoli impianti è possibileprevedere un generatore di vapore satu-ro ad elettrodi immersi, a funzionamentomodulante.

Umidificatori ad acqua

Una pompa ad alta pressione permettedi nebulizzare in finissime gocce l’acqua

fredda che così evapora immediatamen-te lasciando, a regime, l’interno dellacentrale praticamente asciutto. Gli ugellisono parzializabili e la portata d’acqua èregolata tramite inverter per ottenere unfunzionamento modulante dell’umidifica-tore. Deve essere usata acqua deminera-lizzata.

Sigillanti igienici dedicati

Il sigillante, sia pure in misura modesta, èimpiegato per assicurare la tenuta all’ariao all’acqua di alcuni componenti. Il sigil-

lante impiegato è di tipo antibatterico,antimuffa e non contiene componenti népericolosi né allergizzanti.

Costruzione interna

Il mantenimento del livello igienico è ga-

rantito da una serie di accorgimenti tec-

nici e progettuali, studiati per assicurare

un’elevata facilità delle operazioni di pu-

lizia. Tutte le superfici ed i materiali appli-

cati sono caratterizzati da una particola-

re predisposizione al mantenimento di un

perfetto stato igienico.

La parte interna è realizzata in acciaioAISI 304 o 316 e prevede pannelli di fondo

drenanti e lo scarico dedicato per la rac-

colta del liquido detergente/disinfettante.

Questo garantisce un elevato standard di

igiene, mediante il completo drenaggio

dei liquidi favorito dalla particolare incli-

nazione dei pannelli.

Setti silenzianti

I setti del silenziatore sono montati orizzon-

talmente per poter essere singolarmente

sfilati lateralmente dopo aver rimosso il re-

lativo pannello.

La lana minerale è imbustata in materia-

le plastico impermeabile e contenuta da

una lamiera microforata. In questo modo

non può esserci rilascio di fibra nel flusso

d’aria e i setti del silenziatore sono lava-

bili.

Gruppi motoventilanti

Il gruppo motoventilante può essere com-

pletamente sfilato lateralmente per ope-

razioni di pulizia o manutenzione. La solu-

zione può essere adottata sia per i plug

fan che per i centrifughi tradizionali con

coclea

S ICUREZZA DI FUNZIONAMENTO

A doppio ventilatore al 100% comparti-

mentale.

Dove non può essere prevista una centra-

le completa in stand-by, si può considera-

re la soluzione del solo gruppo ventilante

di sicurezza. I ventilatori non funzionano

mai contemporaneamente. Le serrande

di aspirazione e mandata del ventilato-

re fermo sono chiuse. Se il flussostato delventilatore in funzione segnala mancanza

di flusso d’aria, le sue serrande si chiudo-

no, si aprono quelle dell’altro ventilatore

che viene messo in marcia. Il ventilatore

in allarme può essere ispezionato anche

mentre l’altro ventilatore è in funzione,

quindi senza arrestare la centrale.
