• Doelstelling:Overheidsbeleid 2030 voorziet 40% reductie van broeikasgasemmissie. Behoefte diepgaande comfort- en energierenovaties in Vlaamse scholen in de komende jaren. Binnenluchtkwaliteit en comfort in Vlaamse scholen is heden ondermaats.

Uitbreiding EPC contract met prestatiegarantiebinnenluchtkwaliteittweede Bonus-malus KPI ontwikkeld worden, i.f.v. hetgegarandeerde Comfort:
• Moet zeer SMART zijn (Specifiek, Meetbaar, Acceptabel, Realistisch, Tijdsgebonden). Afweging puur objectieve meetgegevens versus deels subjectief (voorbeeld Factor4: Comfortmeter.eu)
• Baseline opstellen situatie ‘as is’: referentiesituatie binnenklimaat• Het monitoren mag niet te veel overhead creëren • Educatief luik, sensibiliseren en activeren
