Keynote Speakers

Dr. Pero Micic

Prof. Soumodip Sarkar

Dr. Pero Micic is internationally recognized as one of the leading experts in future management in Europe. He is the developer of the Eltville Model of future management. He advises management teams and future experts of large corporations and Leading medium sized companies on the early recog-nition of future markets and on the results and methods of entrepreneurial futures research and accompany them in the practical implementation. With his experience in research and practice and impressive speaking skills Pero Micic is internationally in demand as a speaker.

Soumodip Sarkar is a professor at the Department of Management, University of Evora, Portugal, and researcher at CEFAGE-UE. He received his PhD in Eco-nomics from Northeastern University, Boston in 1995. He previously worked at the Harvard Institute for International Development (HIID) and later CID, Kenne-dy School, Harvard University.

Professor Sarkar is currently the Dean of Doctoral School (IIFA), of the University of Évora where he is also the coordinator of the Programme in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. His research interests are innovation, entrepreneurship and international business. He has published papers in many scientific journals and is in the editorial board of four international scientific journals. He is a project leader in many Portuguese and European projects and has been a consultant to the USAID and Nathan Associates. He holds copyrights to the integrated inno-vation model developed by him along with simulation software.
