AanvragersCoördinator & partners: alle publieke en private organisaties die zich op één of andere manier bezighouden met onderwijs in de officiële programmalanden.

Het project adresseert ten minste één horizontale of één veldspecifiek prioriteit

Mobiliteit binnen het project KA2

tussen 12 en 36 maanden, vanaf 1 september 2018

uit ten minste drie programmalanden, (EU + Macedonië, IJsland, Liechtenstein, Noorwegen & Turkije

alleen indien significante toegevoegde waarde

Educators: priority will be given to actions that strengthen the recruitment, selection and induction of the best and most suitable candidates for the teaching profession as well as to actions supporting the promotion of high-quality and innovative teaching in all educational sectors, training and youth work.

7. Social and educational value of European cultural heritage, its contribution to job creation, economic growth and social cohesion. In the context of the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 , priority will be given to actions contributing to raising awareness of the importance of Europe's cultural heritage through education

• Veldspecifiek1. Developing institutional partnerships supporting the set up and

implementation of an internationalisation strategy of VET learners and apprentices, aimed at putting in place the necessary support infrastructure as well as the relevant institutional and/or contractual frameworks to promote quality mobility work placements of VET learners and apprentices in another country. The specific rules and information relating to VET learner mobility activities, as described in Annex I of the Programme guide, should be applied;

2. Developing partnerships aimed at promoting work-based learning in all its forms, e.g. the development of new training content (including Joint VET qualifications), integrating periods of work-based learning, including opportunities to apply knowledge in practical projects/"real life" workplace situations, and embedding international experience (mobility) whenever possible;

3. In view of increasing the quality of VET provision, the establishment of feedback loops to adapt VET provision based on outcomes, including by setting up or testing graduate tracking arrangements as part of quality assurance systems in line with the recommendation on the European Framework for Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training (EQAVET);

4. Further strengthening key competences in initial and continuing VET (especially literacy, numeracy and digital) including common methodologies for introducing those competences in curricula, as well as for acquiring, delivering and assessing the learning outcomes of those curricula; enhancing access to training and qualifications for all, with a particular attention to the low-skilled, through continuing VET, notably by increasing quality, supply and accessibility of continuing VET, validation of non-formal and informal learning, promoting work-place learning, providing for efficient and integrated guidance services and flexible and permeable learning pathways;

5. Introducing systematic approaches to, and opportunities for, the initial and continuous professional development of VET teachers, trainers and mentors in both school and work-based settings, with a focus on developing effective digital, open and innovative education and pedagogies.

ERASMUS+ OPEN ACCESS REQUIREMENT FOR EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS

Erasmus+ promotes the open access of project outputs to support learning, teaching, training, and youth work. In particular, Erasmus+ beneficiaries are committed to make any educational resources and tools which are produced in the context of projects supported by the Programme -documents, media, software or other materials freely available for the public under an open license. The materials should be easily accessible and retrievable without cost or limitations, and the open licence must allow the public to use, reuse, adapt and share the resource. Such materials are known as ‘Open Educational Resources’ (OER). To achieve this aim, the resources should be uploaded in an editable digital form, on a suitable and openly accessible platform. […] The open access requirement is obligatory and is without prejudice to the intellectual property rights of the grant beneficiaries.

A. Strategic Partnerships supportinginnovation;

Projects are expected to develop innovativeoutputs, and/or engage into intensive dissemination and exploitation activities of existing and newly produced products or innovative ideas. Applicants have the possibilityto request a dedicated budget for IntellectualOutputs and Multiplier Events in order to directlyanswer to the innovation aspect of the Action. These types of projects are open to all fields of education, training and youth.

B. Strategic Partnerships supporting exchange of goodpractices:

The primary goal is to allow organisations to develop andreinforce networks, increase their capacity to operate at transnational level, share and confront ideas, practices andmethods. Selected projects may also produce tangible outputsand are expected to disseminate the results of their activities, although in a way that is proportional to the aim and scope of the project. These results and activities will be co-financedthrough the standard budget for project management andimplementation.

All the activities of a Strategic Partnership must take place in the countries of the organisationsparticipating in the project

Activities can also takes place at the seat of an Institution of the European Union, even if in the project there are no participating organisations from the country that hosts the Institution

In addition, Multiplier Events can be hosted in the country of any of the associated partners involved in the Strategic Partnership, if duly justified in relation to the objectives of the project

Deelnemers projectactiviteiten…

The beneficiaries must be able to demonstrate a formal link with the persons participating in project activities, whether they are involved in the project as staff (whether on a professional or voluntary basis) or as learners of the beneficiary organisations*

Persons working for a beneficiary on the basis of service contract (e.g. translators, web designer etc.) are not considered as staff of the organisation concerned.

Impact: Wat is het?

‘Een gemarkeerd effect of fundamentele verandering’

Het kan het verschil zijndat een programma of een

project maakt in:

• Kennis en skills

• Houding & gedrag

• Systemen

• Manieren van denken

• …etc!

Impact: een belangrijk effect (of fundamentele verandering) dat plaatsvindt (meestal na een langere periode) (desiredimpact)

Outcomes: de onmiddellijke effecten of resultaten van de output (bijv. meer zelfvertrouwen, meer skills, meer kennis) (expected impact). Zonder outcomes, zijn de outputs niet nodig

• Outputs: de directe producten/resultaten van activiteiten die je hebt gedaan (bijv. een cursus, een website, een tool). Outputs kunnen bijdragen aan impact, maar het produceren of delen betekent niet automatisch ‘een fundamentele verandering’

Activiteiten: de acties die je neemt om tot het einddoel te komen binnen de PLC

Input: tijd, financiën, kennis

De definities

Het helpt je jouw project in een bredere context te plaatsen. Wat gebeurt er in de wereld om je heen en wat is jouw bijdrage (uit je bubbel)

Het helpt je te denken in termen van verandering (=impact) en niet alleen in termen van het behalen van jouw projectresultaten

Het kan worden gebruikt als reflectie en monitoring tool. Zijn we nog steeds op de goede weg of moeten we bijsturen?

Gezamenlijke visie: zitten we (nog steeds) op dezelfde weg?

Belangrijke vragen…

• Aan welke grote verandering (droom) wil je een bijdrage leveren?

• Wat moet er gebeuren om dat te bewerkstelligen?

• Wie of wat heeft daar invloed op?• Past het binnen SP?• Wie heeft er behoefte aan?• Wat is er al?• Wat wil je direct bereiken? Wanneer is voor

het project succesvol?• Waarom op EU niveau?• Met wie wil je het gaan doen en waarom?

Om verandering te zien moeten we:

Vergelijken met en zonder of vooraf en achteraf

Impact assessment is een essentieel onderdeel van het proces omdat het:

• Prestaties evalueert

• Zorgt voor aanbevelingen voor verbetering

Bewijs van impact

• Indicatoren kunnen zowel kwantitatief, alskwalitatief zijn

• Indicatoren zouden al bepaald moeten zijnvoor de start van het programma

De voortgang meten: indicatoren

Waar gaat het geregeld mis?

• Needs analysis: gebrekkige onderbouwing (show, don’t tell!)

• Niet concreet genoeg

• Belangrijke stakeholders niet betrokken

• Gebrekkige impact/disseminatie strategie

• Niet duurzaam (onderhoud digitale tools!)

• Bij de financiële beoordeling: capacity check

Advies:

• Betrek partners (en stakeholders) vanaf het begin bij de project(opzet)

• Zorg voor draagvlak binnen uw eigen organisatie

• Wees origineel: geen copy-paste

• Wees helder en simpel

• Ken de Call

• Niet beweren maar bewijzen

• Denk voorbij het eind

• Maak een filmscript (zie volgende slide)

• Denk transnationaal

• Zoek partners buiten onderwijs

• Denk aan kwaliteitsbewaking

• Laat ‘een leek’ de aanvraag lezen

• Kies weloverwogen voor het coördinatorschap of start als partner

• Zorg voor een EU-login account (voorheen ECAS)

De aanvraag bestaat uit:

• E- form (nog niet beschikbaar)

• Time table template (GANTT CHART)

• Declaration of Honour

• Mandaten parters (bij voorkeur bij aanvraag, verplicht bij overeenkomst)

• Letters of intent (indien van toepassing)
