Move the existing 450 liter tank (RH side) forwards in the

straps as far as possible.

At least 2 cm space between tank and damper.

Modular frame:

Consequences

135 Nm

Drill the tank bracket hole pattern for the middle tank

bracket, 500 mm behind the front tank bracket.

1st tank bracket at position of rear bolts of crossmember.

Use longer tight-fit screws (814909) for fitting of tank

bracket.

Use bolt plate 1488916 here.

Tightening torque

In case a BWA pattern, refer to TEACO for finding newposition of tank brackets.

Use bolt plate 1488916 here.

3rd tank bracket 600 mm behind 2nd tank bracket.

Remove drilling swarf;

also swarf fallen on

chassis and surrounding

areas!!!

Tank strap------- 30 Nm

Tap------------- 25 Nm and tighten further to the correct position

Plug--------------- 25 Nm

Bleed nipple---- 25 Nm and tighten further to the correct position

Fit tank and connect to existing overflow line using

Tcoupling.

Tightening torque:

If only 1 tank has been fitted, remove the cap from the

original tank and fit the tap.
