General Terms & Conditions:(I) The items asZper demand mentioned above in the sealed form must reach the college

(2) No Quotation will be accepted by email or FAX.(3) Participators must attach copy of PAN card, Registration certificate from Municipality

or any govt. organisation, Govt. institution, Govt. aided institution.(4) The participators must produce supporting document in favour of a single work project

i.e. plan & estimate already done amounting atleast Rs. 2500000 (twenty five lac)for a single project cost.

(5) The authority has every right to accept or reject partilly or fully any quotationwithout showing any reason.

(6) All payments will be made by A/c Payee Cheque payble at Sonamukhi in I R in favour of nameof person or firm mentioned in the respective letter head after the receive of satisfied plan and estimate.

(8) Participators may be present at the time of oening the sealed quotation.(9) Bank Ale No. and/or the A/e name (means-payment in favour of) clearly mentioned.(10) Two cases of G+4 & G+2 foundation are asked to furnise rate although ground floor work

will be done depending on the decision of authority.
