80 Oswald Street Glasgow, UK Area – 1150 M² Previous History It was announced that a £20 million hotel will be built on this plot which will stand 9 storey’s high and have more than 370 rooms but the project was scrapped due to liquidation of the lead partners. This gives us a brief knowledge of the sites potential and height allowance.
