SIMATIC S7-1500 system power supplyThe SIMATIC S7-1500 system power supply PS 60W 24/48/60V DC HF forcomplete retentively reduces machine downtimes because at power down nodata gets lost. Thanks to energy buffering in the PS all data of a SIMATICS7-1500 CPU are saved inside the CPU.

This power supply can be used with standard and failsafe CPUs. It directlypowers into the backplane bus and supports the integrated modulediagnostics.

With the current firmware version 2.5 OPC UA client functionality isintegrated in addition to OPC UA server. Thus the controllers support verticalcommunication to higher systems like MindSphere and are in trend withdigitalization and Industry 4.0. The firmware version 2.5 offers a number ofnew functionalities such as breakpoints and ASCII file access. This alsoapplies to ET 200 CPUs and software controllers.

SIMATIC S7-1500 MFPThe multifunctional platform based on the S7-1500 offers the possibility toexecute high level language programs in parallel to the PLC program withoutadditional PC hardware. The CPU 1518 MFP combines the advantages of aSIMATIC with those of the PC world, even fail safe.

The SIMATIC S7-1500 MFP CPU is the controller for standard and C/C++applications with the highest performance and large program and datamemory. The existing technological know-how in the form of C/C++algorithms can be reused on the SIMATIC S7-1500.




SIMATIC ET 200SPSIMATIC ET 200SP AI 2xSG 4-/6-wire HS

The new ET 200SP module is an analogue input module for fast recordingand evaluation of force and torque sensors, which are based on straingauges (full bridges). With a resolution of 28 bits, the most precisemeasurement tasks can be solved. Since the module supports clocksynchronization and oversampling, sampling rates up to 10 kHz can beachieved. For each of the two channels mean, notch and low-pass filters canbe parameterized individually.
