Rotterdam staat voor grote uitdagingen de

komende jaren. Naast de actuele stedelijke

opgaven die op meer plekken spelen, zoals

vergrijzing, leegstand van kantoren en een

ailliete corporatie, beschikt Rotterdam overde grootste concentratie probleemwijken

van Nederland.

worden verbeterd o vervangen

> Ouderen willen langer

zelstandig blijven wonen

> Corporaties en ontwikkelaars

hebben geen geld meer voor

grootschalige projecten

in een dynamische omgeving waar studenten,

opdrachtgevers, buurtbewoners en

beleidsmakers werken aan de grote en kleine

uitdagingen waar de stad voor staat.

Werken in de wijk: op een zichtbarelocatie in Rotterdam Zuid wordtgewerkt aan actuele opgaven
