your own pract ice through the
physical efforts needed to bui ld your
invers ion pract ice, and then a path
of manifestat ion as we s tudy the
theor ies , a l ignment, communicat ion
sk i l l s , and abi l i ty to develop a keen
eye for look ing at bodies needed to
share th is knowledge wi th others .
Students can expect to leave th is
t ra in ing wi th a plethora of new
effect ive approaches and wi l l be
wel l prepared to incorporate their
learnings into their own regular
teachings . Each day wi l l begin wi th a
2-3 hour morning asana pract ice
re levant to the course content
fo l lowed by afternoon teacher
