Suggestions based on sustenance and maintenance of amenities

• Educate the work force about the facilities, its utility, methods of usage, need of ethics in sustaining them, benefits and reason for installations.

• Maintain a standard of accessories (e.g. single type of water coolers should be installed everywhere) in the organization; this will help the maintenance departments follow one protocol for the complete organization.

• Develop and maintain teams that are required to periodically check and report the functionality of the amenities as sustenance is proportional to maintenance.

• Strict action to be taken against anyone misusing or harming the amenities.

• Develop a feedback system which can help in betterment of the new amenities.
