Bloemen en planten zijn kwetsbare producten en het transport hiervan moet voorzichtig gebeuren. De Mustang T7 karrenwikkelaar is speciaal ontwikkeld voor het wikkelen van alle bloemen gerelateerde karren. Doordat de kar in het profiel op de draaischijf wordt gereden en vast wordt geklikt, staat deze kar uitermate stabiel op de draaischijf. De kar kan hierdoor met geen mogelijkheid omvallen. Deze machine is zeer robuust en daardoor ook onderhoudsarm. Door het aangedreven voorreksysteem bespaart deze machine folie, wat een voordeel voor u en het milieu oplevert. Aan het einde van de wikkelcyclus kunt u de kar gemakkelijk loskoppelen van het systeem op de draaischijf en is uw kar gereed voor transport. Der Trolley fährt in Schienen auf den Drehteller und rastet dort ein, dadurch steht der Trolley sehr stabil und hat keine Möglichkeit zu kippen. Der Wickler ist aus hochwertigen Komponenten aufgebaut und dadurch sehr wartungsarm. Durch das Pre-stretch-System ist der Mustang in der Lage, den Folienverbrauch auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren. Dies bedeutet eine erhebliche Einsparung in den Verbrauchsmaterialien. Nach dem Stretchen kann der Trolley leicht vom Drehteller gefahren werden und ist bereit für den Transport. The Mustang T7 trolley wrapper is specially designed for wrapping all kind of flower related trolleys. Because the trolley is driven in the profile and clicked in the system on the turntable, the trolley stands extremely stable and has no possibility to tilt. This machine is very robust and requires little maintenance. Due to the powered pre-stretch system, this trolley wrapper is capable to reduce stretch film consumption to the minimum, which is a benefit for you and the environment. At the end of the wrapping cycle you easily disconnect the trolley from the system on the turntable and your trolley is ready for transport.
