Complete beginners welcome: no experience needed, just bags of enthusiasm.Parental / guardian consent forms for children and young people participating in these activities must be completed prior to the workshop day.
Parental supervision is required for specified events.
Suitable clothing should be worn: dress for mess (wear old clothes or those you don’t mind getting dirty) / dress for movement (comfortable non-restrictive clothing and soft, flat shoes).
Don’t forget to bring a packed lunch! Drinks and snacks on sale.
Free parking, buggy storage and baby changing facilities available.

SING, MAKE AND CHATMUMS + BABIES (PRE-CRAWLERS): Two relaxed and sociable singing and sewing get-togethers with other new mums; to chat, make friends, swap skills, share stories and songs, and make simple and unique gifts for your baby.Leader: Chrissie Weltike.

BIRDS, BUGS AND BUTTERFLIES2 – 4 YRS: Explore the magical world of featherers and creepy-crawlies and flutterbys through charming children’s songs, creative art and a wonderful, interactive, live music puppet show.Leader: Chrissie Weltike. Dress for mess. Supervision required.

OLD JOANNA, NEW NOISE 15 – 18 YRS: An accessible (if unorthodox) composition, sound design and Logic Pro editing session beefing up the sound of an old piano through strange ‘modifications’ – filling it with ping pong balls maybe, covering the hammers with aluminium paper perhaps – then recording and making music with the extraordinary results.Leader: Dan Thomason.
