Chief Complaint & HPI

A 53 year old female patient from Guimaraspresents with a chief complaint of “Mpa.postisoko kay nabudlayan ko mag usang sangpagkaon”.

The patient admits to never having brushed herteeth during her early years and is fond of eatingsweets and hard foods. This lack of oral hygieneand form of diet caused her extensive caries andperiodontitis.

• Generalized redness andswelling of the gingiva

• Heavy Calcular Deposits

• Root Exposure

• Parabolic maxillary arch

• U-shaped mandibular arch

• Normal palatal vault
