Creative commons licenseIt is a public copyright license that enables the free distribution of a copyrighted work. a cc license is used when an author wants to give people the right to share, use and build upon a work that they have created.

There are different kinds:

CC BY Recognition. It allows others to distribute, mix and make even with business purposes. As long as it recognize the author.

CC BY-SA Recognition. It allows others remix, modify and develop over your work even with business purposes. Any work based on yours would be under the same license.
