Live Music and FilmRotterdams own philharmonic orchestra performs live during the screening of The Artist. The orchestra will be conducted by Ernst van Tiel, conductor of the original score. UPCOMING EVENTSEast meets west as American professor Benjamin Kunkel visits us and the next day we have a Chinese film programme. One of the most acclaimed Dutch scientist in the world, biologist Frans de Waal, will be the special guest in our next Denkcafé. Young musicians on their way to the stage give a concert at Erasmus Paviljoen.
