The actual jury ruling from Cradle of Liberty Council, Boy Scouts of America vs. The City of Philadelphia. The jusry clearly finds that the City's attempt to evict the Scouts was both "reasonable" and "viewpoint neutral". It also clearly states the Scouts did NOT prove the City had "no rational basis" for seeking to evict the Scouts for their discriminatory policies. This would indicate the Scouts claims forfull legal fees from the City is very legally dubious.
