to accept 14oz (400gm) Omega grease cartridges to enable

easy loading. The gun's positive displacement cylinder

creates a vacuum in the cartridge so that any air present in

the grease is displaced and the gun is ready for priming.

There is never any problem with entry of the plunger into the

cartridge because, once the cartridge is in the cylinder, the

plunger will penetrate it – even if the cartridge has been

damaged.
