Refurbished items have been serviced and tested to ensure reliability and come with a full 12 month warranty. These items are fully functional but may have cosmetic imperfections and do not always come with accessories and manuals.

REFURBISHED PARTS

Choose between our express 48 hour and 15 day standard turnaround on repairs. All serviceable components are replaced on our repairs to make your equipment reliable. A 12 month warranty is included as standard.

ELECTRONIC REPAIRS

New parts are supplied in their original packaging and include all accessories originally packaged with the part. These parts have never been used however the original seals might have been broken.

NEW PARTS

Service exchange is available on some items and can help you save money. Simply send us your faulty units and receive a discount on your reconditioned unit. If you are having an emergency breakdown don’t worry - we can despatch your item before receiving your faulty equipment, we refund the difference upon its arrival with us.

EASY ELEVATOR DRIVE REPLACEMENTSDeveloped specifically as the quick and easy way to replace faulty elevator drives, the VLT Lift Drive is the new compact elevator drive from Danfoss, one of the world’s largest AC drive manufacturers. We will quote you an estimated cost on how long the job may be based on your fault information. You are under no obligation to accept or pay upfront. If you decide to go ahead, we will schedule a time and the engineer will call when they’re on their way.

Our engineer will complete the work whilst onsite to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. They will keep you informed every step of the way so you’re always in the know and can keep your eye on the progress.

STEP 4

We’ll call you back to discuss your fault and establish as many details as possible. When our engineer arrives onsite the information you provide here will ensure we are as prepared as possible therefore minimising your downtime.

Once onsite the engineer will diagnose your fault and narrow it down to the equipment causing the problem such as the control system, variable speed drive or HMI. If they need to, they will remove the faulty part.
