The wal l s of the pound are six f e e t high 5 f i v e f e e t th ick at t h base. h e i n s ide of - t h e wal l is nea r ly ver t i ca l bu t th e outside ba t t e r s so chat th e th ickness of the wal l at the top i s about th ree fee t . This enc losure is bu i l t on l e n d now wooded . here i s no ev idence of any shel ter.
