Alle kleding die je in dit magazine ziet komt uit de wintercollectie 2012 van Moodstreet, Little Feet en XSFeet.

Moodstreet is er voor kinderen van 2 tot 12 jaar.

Little Feet, het kleine broertje/zusje van Moodstreet, kenmerkt zich door haar trendy uitstraling, gevoel voor traditie en is lekker stoer! Little Feet is er in de maten 68-92.

XSFeet is er voor de allerkleinsten en verschijnt in de maten 50-74. XSFeet is uitgesproken, eigenzinnig en met veel oog voor comfort.

De Aussies wintercollectie brengt ons direct middenin het stoere landschap van Zuid Australie, waar cowboys, farmers en wildlife de sfeer bepalen. Relaxed en lekker ruig! Voor de meisjes wordt het softe cowboysfeertje aangezet met bijvoorbeeld printjes van een chique ladlylike uitziende kangoeroe en een How-Dee-Haw paardenprint. De jongens gaan voor superruig in hun cowboy looking geruite flanellen blouses met coole elbowpatches. Printjes van oude verweerde Dodges en andere pick-ups maken de rangerslook helemaal af.

All clothing featured in this magazine is from Moodstreet’s, Little Feet’s and XSFeet’s 2012 wintercollection.

Moodstreet is available for children between the ages of 2 and 12.

Moodstreet’s little sibling, Little Feet, is characterised by its trendy look, feeling for tradition and high level of cool! Little Feet is available in sizes 68-92.

XS Feet is available for the littlest ones, and is available in sizes 50-74. XSFeet is expressive, self-willed and designed with comfort in mind.

The Aussies’ winter collection puts us smack in the middle of the rugged South Austrian outback, where cowboys, farmers and wildlife reign supreme. Relaxed with a tough touch! For the girls, the soft cowboy look is enhanced by chic, ladylike kangaroo prints and How-Dee-Haw horse prints. The boys take tough to the extreme with cowboy-inspired flannel shirts with cool elbow patches. Prints of old, weathe-red Dodge trucks and other pickup trucks complete the ranger look.

De outback van Zuid Australie was de inspiratiebron voor de wintercollectie 2012. De inspiratiereis die designer en styliste Chantal maakte met haar man, dochter Kato (6) en zoon Jimi (8) startte in de hoofdstad Canberra en ging via de Snowy Mountains, richting de High Country van Australie. Het pure ruige countryleven met de voor Moodstreet zo kenmerkende humor en rijke details maken deze collectie helemaal pure handmade aussie style!

“In Canberra herkenden we nog wel iets van onze eigen stadse mentaliteit maar hoe verder we afzakten in Australie, hoe groter het gevoel van echte vrijheid en een andere wereld. Cowboys bestaan dus echt! De local cowboys komen op hun paard naar de plaatselijke kroeg om hun verhalen te delen. We kregen van alles te horen over hun way of life en weten inmiddels precies het verschil tussen een kangoeroe en walibi te vertellen. Jimi en Kato waren vooral heel erg onder de indruk van alle gekke beesten die daar zo maar rond hopsen en springen. Want waar zie je nou zomaar kangoeroes aloong the road! Echt indrukwekkend was ons bezoek aan the Australian Pioneers village. Een kleine stad waar je 50 jaar terug gaat in de tijd. De coole old Dodges en andere pick-ups in de meest verweerde toestand zijn uiteindelijk prachtige prints voor de jongens tees geworden!”

Our inspiration for the 2012 Winter Collection was drawn from the South Australian outback. Designer and stylist Chantal embarked on an inspirational journey with her husband, daughter Kato (6) and son Jimi (8), which started in the capital, Canberra, and took them through the Snowy Mountains towards Australia’s High Country. The rough and rugged country life with humorous touches and rich details so typical of Moodstreet make this a pure, handmade Aussie-style collection!

“Canberra has a big-city mentality, which is familiar to us. But the further south we travelled, the greater the sense of freedom and being in a totally different world. Cowboys really do exist! Local cowboys ride their horses into town where they exchange stories in their local pub. We chatted with them about their way of life and now know exactly what the difference between a kangaroo and a wallaby is. Jimi and Kato were particularly impressed by all those wacky animals that you see jumping and running around. Where else can you see kangaroos hopping around along the road? Especially awesome was our visit to the Australian Pioneers Village, a small town where you step back half a century in time. The cool old Dodge trucks and other weathered pickups ended up as beautiful prints on our boys’ T-shirts!”

This organisation’s label on our clothing is an instantly recognisable symbol to consumers that our clothing is okay!Together with MADE-BY, we examine which measures can be adopted to manufacture to an ever more sustainable degree. And the results are plentiful, with the amount of organic cotton in our production process almost as high as it can go!
