The M3 Pro uses high-grade 24nm toggle flash, and 7mm height suitable for ultra-slim notebooks. The M3 Pro is Plextor’s third SSD release to feature exclusive firmware with True Speed technology, which includes Plextor’s proprietary Bad Block Management, Global Wear Leveling, and Instant Restore Technologies. True Speed is designed to prevent drastic drops in read/write speeds that normally occur with SSDs after prolonged use or when data becomes heavily fragmented. True Speed technology will maintain the M3 Pro’s high performance and read/write speeds at like-new levels throughout the life of the drive. Plextor strives to exceed industry standards with rigorous benchmark testing. Before leaving the factory, each Plextor SSD is put through a 20-hour high temperature burn-in test and an intense simulation of real world environments. As a result, Plextor SSDs have a 0.59% average annual failure rate, which is one of the lowest in the industry. M3 Pro SSD uses the latest SATA 6Gb/s (SATA III) interface, Marvell’s server-grade controller chip, and Toshiba 24nm T oggle NAND flash. Also supported by the flash is a 1.8V power mode, providing the M3 Pro with extremely low-power consumption making it a very eco-friendly product. The M3 Pro offers an affordable upgrade solution to transform your existing desktop or laptop into a high efficiency and fast performance device. The M3 Pro is available in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB capacities.
